This was my first experience visiting a Bojangles location since I’m not from the South. At the time we came, it was relatively quiet. It didn’t take long for us to get our food and start eating. I overall thought the food was tasty, but there were things that stood out to me. First being the fact that despite the fries tasting great, they were really salty. You definitely needed a drink along side the fries if you want to enjoy them properly. Lastly, I had hopes for the biscuits, but they were really dry and didn’t have much flavor.
Overall, I would come back. I just love exploring places that are not native to my state

the woman with the microbraids in a top knot and nose ring was terrible to us, as well as the customers before and after us. genuinely one of the rudest people I have ever encountered. I have never left a review like this, but watching her treatment of everyone as well as snapping at my mother for not answering her quickly enough was the push it took for me to go to the internet about it. I was literally nervous going up to order because of how nasty she was to the family in front of us. I tried smiling to diffuse the situation & she just shot me an evil look and continued with the same treatment that the last customers received.
look, i’m not expecting food service workers to jump for joy when a customer enters the room, I am realistic. but if you’re going to be actively hateful to everyone in your vicinity, it’s probably time to find a new line of work. i’ve been in food service my whole life & it isn’t for everyone. she might be better suited on the line than dealing with customers.

Wasn’t great, wasn’t bad about middle of the road. Staff was pleasant and the food was quick. I’m recommend the bo sauce and the ranch.

Thank you for the awesome mayonnaise sandwich. It was the highlight of my chicken sandwich. After wiping all of the excess mayonnaise off, the chicken part of the sandwich was actually very crispy. This is why you get the two stars.

We grabbed a bite driving through to hotel. Fried chicken meal was good, with an excellent crunch. Chicken Sandwich combo was good. Employees were courteous and pleasant. Good service is lacking in many places but not here.

I don’t normally leave reviews for fast food restaurants but this location’s staff and management is superb! I was traveling from Columbia,sc to Winston Salem Nc and got sleepy along the way and had to make a pitstop. The night crew was very welcoming and friendly. And the food was nice and fresh. Unfortunately my tiredness got the best of me and I left my debit card behind. I called the location and the GM had located it and offered to send it back! That to me was TOP TEIR for sure bc I don’t have to request a new! I already love bojangles as it is but I definitely recommend this location!!!

First of all, I would like to apologize for interrupting the lady on her phone at the drive through window. Thank you for instructing me “It’s not ready, pull down.” The next 17 minutes of my life was a great time to reflect on if I should have actually gone to Bojangles instead of the other restaurant up the street. Then the food was brought out and it was warm, so I am thankful for that.

Loud music playing inside the restaurant. You could hear it through the drive thru speaker. The woman had to ask what my order was three times because of the music they had playing. The fries were cold and cooked in old grease. The chicken was burned and also cooked in old grease. Waste of $16.00 and I was on the interstate before I noticed. So, I couldn’t return it. Horrible place!!

This had to be the best service I’ve ever received at any type of restaurant. The lady and gentleman at the counter was outstanding. I visited 8/18 at 330. They offered recommendations, delivered piping hot food, and had contagious smiles. They should be the standard for Bojangles customer service. If we’re ever in Richburg again, we will be returning to say hello. Thank you for making our day great!

Worste Bojangles I have ever been to. They were using the drive through register for in store ordering. The lady taking the orders was slow and couldn’t get orders right. The older lady preparing the food was eating and handling food and was very rude and had a bad attitude. They should fire the whole crew and start over.
