Check your order! Drive 30+ minutes for dinner to get home and find they missed two meals. Came back and they made it weight by giving us a couple biscuits for in the morning. Would have preferred it been right the first time but they apologized and made it right the best they could.

I waited in line forever at this one. I could see employees outside standing around smoking and on their phones. I finally get my order and drive off, only to get home and see that they didn’t give me all my sides. I probably won’t be stopping at this one again.

We went for some good chicken last night after my daughter and her friends first nad concert. All of us went as a group. 9 people. We place out order at 7:45 …after waiting for almost 30 mins my husband and I went to see what was going on….they “lost” our order the woman explained to me. I was furious. However they offered no apology or anything for that matter to try and make our bad situation better. It still took 30 mins to get our food after we ask about our order and a other 15 mins for the tea. I am very disappointed with the service and my experience with our favorite place to eat chicken in my home town….by far the worst experience I have had a fast food restaurant in a while. It is usually Wendy’s that gets everything incorrect…..like dang bojangles

My go to Bojangles. Nice because dinner boxes are served at 10:30 which I heat up at noon in oven for lunch. Breast and wing box with rice and beans and small slaw is a filling meal. Put slaw in fridge , Slice biscuit add butter. Wrap biscuit in foil before heating.Chicken Comes out crisp and still tender.Just keep a eye on it. Quick, friendly staff.Do your morning shopping and have a nice noon meal.Done right it’s as good or better than dining in. SInce this post I’ve had bad service . Not rocket science. I Always order number 16. Chicken breast, one wing, with dirty rice and pintos with biscuit, and a extra paid small slaw. All totaled it’s a constant price shy of 13 bucks. Today 2/3/26 I open my box from Bojangles in Chesterfield S.C. to heat up and behold no rice or pintos. Have had similar experiences with Bojangles in Cheraw S.C. As I’ve stated before, now more than ever on takeouts CHECK your order before you leave the premises. Manager said kindly come back and they would give me my rice and beans. NOT MAKING A 16 MILE ROUND TRIP .EVERYBODY IN THE CHESTERFIELD AREA KNOWS THE OWNER OF THIS FRANCHISE. WAKE UP MAN.

I love the new AI drive thru but the getting the food at the window has taken on a new stage of why are you even here bothering me at work? AND do NOT ask for a cinnamon biscuit you will get told impolitely we don’t have any and will not make you one. Maybe take it off the menu?
