I went up there around 8:30 last night. The man over the intercom said will you give me 5 minutes. I was like sure, even though I was thinking to myself wow no hey how are you or anything. I ordered to Cajun filet biscuits and my wife a grill chicken sandwich combo. They said that was going to be about 10-11 minutes and I said yeah I don’t have anything better to do. I waited about 15 minutes to get the food, checked the bag and everything looked right so I drove on home. The food was terrible. The grilled chicken sandwich had a piece of plastic in it. The Cajun filet biscuit was underdone raw and chewy. The fries tasted like crumbs at the bottom of the deep fryer. I spent $28 there and expected a good meal for waiting 15 minutes. It’s usually not that bad but I was appalled at how bad it was last night.

I get biscuits every Wednesday for customers when they come in. I used to go to Hardee’s but the last time I went I was told ” I don’t have biscuits”, and just how rude the people are there. So then I went to Bojangles and was treated like a customer is supposed to be treated. I will never go back to that Hardee’s. Bojangles is cleaner, fast service, friendly, and just better biscuits. See yall next Wednesday

The Entire shift at Bojangles is a well oiled machine! Sammi Dylan Christy Carson Vern & Elliot all came together to make my families very complicated order (Correctly). My Entire Family was hungry and had zero complaints on missing food once making it home. I had to write this review because of how concerned they were to get it right the first time. Huge let down from my chicken supremes combo. Chicken was like flavorless rubber, fries were mushy and cold, biscuit was hard as a rock. Sweet tea was fine.

Hands down one of the most dependably incompetent fast food establishments I’ve ever encountered. Every few months I’ll decide, maybe they’ve gotten better. And every time I’m met with subpar food quality and/or the wrong order entirely. It’s not just this Bojangles either, but this one’s been by far the worst. Seems to be another brand ruined by private equity.

I’ve been here a lot and I’ve tried to give this place a chance I figured maybe they just had bad staffing or short on staff but once again they let me down usually they say there’s 10 to 15 minute wait on leg legs almost every single time I hadn’t been here in a while tonight I ordered my usual three legged dinner and they didn’t say anything so got around and got my food. Looked in the box. There’s two thighs sitting there I don’t see Any legs so I’ll wait there they bring me a box with two very small legs in it without saying anything to me so I guess they knew they got it wrong to start and then after that, I said where’s the third And the guy with an attitude said it’s in the box so once again a disappointment. That will be the last time I go there. But then again 90% of fast food places these days suck

It would be nice if your store menu matched your website menu. We wanted the 5 piece dinner (2 thighs 3 legs) and it wasn’t listed. Settled for the tenders. Disappointed. SLOW SERVICE! 8 workers and no customers!

Food here was prepared very neatly and is fresh and tasty. Very impressed by the size of the sandwiches compared to other fast food restaurants. Tried the Cajun Club and the Grilled Club. Spice and condiment levels were perfect. Tender moist chicken and fluffy fresh buns. Service wasn’t quite professional, and may need to review food handling practices with all, especially employees wearing fake finger nails and handling food. Overall, employees were friendly and in good spirits, which was pleasant. Restaurant was clean and quiet, food definitely hit the spot.
