Trying to call the store to inform them that they gave me cold hard tenders , and now I’am at work on the clock ,without nothing to eat on my break . They not even answering the phone. How you do your customer like this , serve them old food ? I wished I read the reviews before I went here. It explain why I was the only car on a Saturday at 3pm in the drive thru . This is not right at all.

Haven’t been into a Bojangles in years, and since I was already in the area, I wanted to eat here. Came into the drive-thru, and the worker was extremely nice, explaining the menu to me. I got the chicken tenders with biscuits and a couple of sides. I came up and paid, and they told me to pull around up front. I didn’t see them go to the car after 10 minutes, so I assumed they got insanely busy and forgot about me, and I honestly was okay with it because they were working so hard, so I came in and got my food. They gave me extra food for the inconvenience, and it was really good. It wasn’t the cleanest place in the world, but they do sell good fried chicken!

We went through drive thru..ordered a 2 breasts 2 sides meal…we got home only to find 2 back pieces … NO biscuit. We immediately went back to store and was treated like we were the problem. We were told it would be 10-15 minutes for the breasts to cook. I was so put out at this point so I asked for my money back. I was given my money back and was told we could keep the food. It wasn’t fit to eat and I told them that. I went to Chick Fil A and got chicken… they ALWAYS get it right. Although I only live a very short distance from this Bojangles I will never go back! BTW the dining room only had 3 guests… that should have been a sign to keep going. This is not the first time we have had a below average experience at this location.

My order was cold when I received it , and I didnt even realize until I got home. I called the store and spoke with Jordan , who had wonderful customer service he let me know the manager was not there and he could not process a refund but he could help .. so he remade my order and i brought him the food back and he was so nice , I disposed of the food in the restaurant after they looked at it and he was very helpful. Everything was fresh !!! Please keep Jordan ! Fast food places need people like him!

Ms. Carol was amazing. Not only did she greet me with a smile, she also cooked me fresh chicken. As I waited, she blessed me with a beverage. My atmosphere was pleasant and the restaurant was clean and tidy. I love great customer service. Nowadays, it’s hard to come by. Thank you Ms. Carol for your kindness.

They got me again! The service is terrible and the food is always cold. Fries are always over cooked and order is always wrong. We only go there because of the distance from our home. Never again! We will make the drive over to Harrison Bridge Road to that Bojangles. That one is so much better! The old man that runs the location I am leaving this review on gets our order wrong every time. This location will lose revenue from a family of 5.

If I could give 0 stars they’d get triple zeros. So our chicken was overcooked hard to chew, the Mac and cheese tasted like BURN meaning somebody burned the food and scraped it out, then there were brown pieces of something in the blame Mac and cheese.They forgot my coleslaw go I guess I should be glad about that bc it would probably have been yesterday slaw or some other kind of horrible. Literally this mess tasted nasty tonight chicken Mac and cheese and all. Biscuits were even nasty and hard they weren’t burnt but tasted sour. I ended up having to go inside to get this order as it was online, they had my order sitting in the back on a shelf there were 3 females back there running their blame traps (mouths). Bad attitudes all around tonight. Acted like it was an inconvenience even being present. Up front someone’s purse and belongings were in the basket on the line no food in it but still food will be going there at some time in the future. How are they still open? That’s disgusting. Not hungry anymore wanted to call but all of a sudden they are closed

Got breakfast here only to catch the cashier touching my food without gloves over and over again and looking back to see if I’m watching and I was she kept trying to hide whatever she was doing with my food. Wish I got her name but long dark curly hair working the drive thru she needs to be fired immediately.
