Happy Bo-giving!
Looking for lunch before the big celebration turkey day meal and Bojangles was open. We decided to head inside for our take out order. Apparently others had the same idea for Bojangles for lunch as there was a line in the drive thru.
Restaurant was clean and the cashier was friendly. We received our order quickly and headed back home.
I had a 3-piece Supreme combo with Mac-n-cheese. Chicken was crispy, tasty and excellent. We also had a 5-piece Supreme combo with fries and a Bo Chicken Sandwich. Appreciate that the sandwich was delivered with no mayo and pickles as requested. Should have tried the cookies!
Overall, great meal with excellent service.

I gotta give props where props are due I appreciate this bojangles location for the nice friendly service I received. The gray haired manager on duty provided me with excellent service the staff was kind and friendly and my chicken was fresh thanks guys KEEP UP THE GREAT JOB!

I went to Bojangles this morning and found the Bo Rounds to be good. They were hot and tasty. However, my steak biscuit was very hard, especially the bottom. Food is overpriced these days, therefore it is disheartening to pay for food that doesn’t meet acceptable standards. I hope to have a better experience next time.

On October 27th I drove through the drive through,
ordered my lunch and upon returning to work I found that I didn’t receive what I ordered, so I called the restaurant spoke with tequila,
She said it would be taken care of the next time I went there. She was very helpful and apologized for the inconvenience. The staff there very friendly and polite. Highly recommend going there.

So first off, the lady taking our orders in the drive through had such an attitude and cutting us off after each meal order saying “is that all?” And we had 4 meals to order due to bringing dinner to family and as we are ordering the third one some guy comes on and interrupts us laughing and says “you can’t order more than 3 meals in the drive thru” and was so rude and since when was that a rule?? What if we had like 3 kids in our car?? Anyways, we ask if we can come in and order and he just said sure. Well we come in to order and I can hear that guy just snickering in the background and we wait for our order for literally like 2 minutes cause they already knew what we wanted. Well I decided to go through everything to make sure they didn’t rip us off and sure enough they tried to. We had 3 meals with Mac and cheese and we were missing one Mac and cheese and I go to ask them and they said “you took our last so it’ll be like a 10 minute wait for more”…. My husband just settled for fries but they were just going to not give us a side or even ask what we would prefer other than the Mac and cheese like are you kidding?? Worst service EVER. So unprofessional. 0/5 stars.

Apparently this location has a roach infestation that I learned about the hard way today! I normally stop here now and then to get breakfast on my way to work and I have never had an issue before until today. The staff is always so nice, I don’t think this was intentional but more an act of negligence and failure to notice. As someone who also works in food service: How do you not notice a dead roach stuck to the inside of a cup before putting someone’s soda in it and serving it to them? Anyways I won’t be coming back, currently puking up my guts in disgust. Call an exterminator, this is a concerning health hazard!

The service needs work. While the food is good, most of my drive-through experience has been bad. Many times I have been met with bad attitudes as if me being there is an inconvenience. I actually have began to avoid going to this specific one because of this.

Forgot multiple items and the manger was rude when I politely called and asked for a refund on the missing items. I just wanted a $4 refund to cover the items on a $50 order. Food was good but Bojangles service has really been a miss recently. Not just this particular location either
