Stay away, this location went from being the best for at least two years to one of the worst in our area. I gave 3 chances before changing my 5 star review to 1 star. Updated 12/7/25, I ordered the egg platter with steak, the eggs had a red substance in them and tasted very odd and the steak was not completely cooked, the outside was still soggy from uncooked breading. I spoke with employees and they weren’t interested in helping or replacing my order so I just asked for a refund. They go get the management and she just put her hand out for the receipt saying nothing and snatched it and went to the register, when she returned I asked if she wanted to know why and she looked disgusted and said sure. When I showed her the uncooked & contaminated food she said it was fine and that she just cooked it herself. She wasn’t interested in correcting anything from her food quality or employees joking around. This store was way over staffed for the 5 customers there and no excuse for these issues or not having soap in the bathroom. I drove out of my way to come to this location and ended up leaving disappointed and hungry with no time to go to another restaurant. Thanks Bojangles!!! Hope your ownership makes some changes soon or just close down, people in the dining room had similar complaints to include your early morning retired regulars. Egg picture is how it was received,I forgot to take a picture of the steak.

This has been the best Bojangles in the area for several years. The restaurant is always clean and the food is 100% every time, the staff is friendly and efficient.

Food is usually great but the young girl that works the drive thru now could use some training on customer service. I mean, it’s not that hard to be polite. She clearly acts like she doesn’t want to be there. Nobody seems to train these young kids on how to treat customers anymore and it shows.

To be honest, i’m not really sure how I feel because I get the same thing every single morning. They make it the same way every single morning for a couple of months, and it’s the same people every single morning. Yesterday I went and I ordered what I normally get, the woman on the intercom, taking the order huffed, as if she was inconvenienced by my order at 5:07 am. That was friday October 31st Saturday comes around & I have the same routine.I’m sorry I have to go to work and I order food from here, before I go to work.I’m sorry I order what I like. This is not the first time I felt like I was inconveniencing the staff by placing my order. This morning, when I got to the window, they were all acting strange. They asked me if I would like the eggs on top of my biscuits and gravy, as if that’s not how they make it every single day, they just seemed flustered like they were trying to hide something.It was really weird.It made me feel very uncomfortable,& it made me feel like they did something to my food. I proceeded to pay for my food even though I didn’t feel right and I had a gut feeling that they did something to my food. I paid for my food anyways, & when I got to work.I threw away my biscuits and gravy with a folded egg on top & my medium bo rounds that I paid for away because I feel like they did something to my food. I will not ever order from here again in the morning for breakfast or in the afternoon. When I first started going in the mornings & getting the meal that I liked it was fine. The staff was sweet and kind, but over time, it just became more of an inconvenience to the staff to make the meal I ordered. Im talking about the white woman with glasses she’s there every morning & she is the one that huffes in inconvenience anout my order on Halloween. The tall woman at the window on November 1st the lightskin’s lady.She gave me a look before she handed my food like.Have a nice day, but don’t eat this. Intuition doesn’t really often lie to me.So I just want you ladies to know.I didn’t eat the food.I don’t know what you did to it but I promise you I did not eat it.It went straight in the garbage as soon as I got to work. Last time I go to this location, rather drive to five forks for great service, all I ask for was to put my order in a bag because they never wanna bag it, 3 meals in boxes and three drinks, but it seems that I’m asking for money. She was very rude and made faces when she thought I wasn’t looking and threw my food in the bag, no napkins, no plasticware, she even broke the box when she dumb my food in the bag, also they can be three cars and they take forever, always having a party in the kitchen and taking forever to take orders

Online says open at 5am everyday and that the info was updated 3 days prior to when I check. Stopped by around 5:40, drive thru speaker or a person, comes on and says they open at 6. Maybe update the actual hours, would be helpful.

These are the fries they gave me smh, do better Bojangles. Burnt and hard as a rock . I should take them back up there because it’s gross. I’ve been to several Bojangles and they rarely have issues with giving me fresh fries, these things probably have been sitting there for hours. I’ll drive to another one next time, probably to the wade Hampton location and try them. I encourage everyone that goes there to post your fries here, something needs to be done, you’re gonna charge me 12 dollars for a combo then make sure it’s at least fresh.

They need to do better with packing food. You don’t put napkins etc on top of the food without a paper separating it from food. Thats not sanitary and nobody knows if they clean their hands like they suppose to with everyone reading in to get sauces etc. They bo sized my order when I didn’t even ask for it. Packed my order any kind of way and they seem like they don’t care about how they are doing their job.

My son and I have been regulars at this Bojangles since December, and it quickly became our favorite morning stop. The food here is always tasty, fresh, and consistently good, even during the busy morning rush. But what really sets this location apart are Maggie and Mrs. Lynn. Every day, they greet us with genuine warmth and kindness, making our mornings brighter and putting a big smile on my son’s face. Their cheerful attitudes and friendly conversation truly make us feel welcome every visit. Thanks Maggie and Mrs. Lynn for making each morning special—your kindness does not go unnoticed!
