My family and I used to go to the Bojangles in Easley regularly, at least once a week for years. But over the past few years they have gone horribly down hill. For a while we had to listen to the manager complain about the big orders for clemson games. I guess he didn’t understand those orders are what gives him a paying job. At that time it was no wonder the employees had bad attitudes since everything trickles down from the top. But we liked the chicken so we kept visiting this location. Problem is they never get the order correct, especially at the drive thru and I’ve had to park and go back inside to get my order corrected. It’s hit or miss to get a friendly face at the drive thru so I guess the work atmosphere must be unpleasant that the employees don’t like their jobs. My most recent visit finally convinced me to stop using this location. I drank my drink to find what looks like a tiny worm similar to what I’ve seen in bird poop in the bottom of my cup. I get nausea thinking about one sip thru my straw felt like something solid went by so quick it didn’t register until it was too late. It goes into a round position when it’s in water. I’ve tried straightening it to get a better look. I’ve tried to magnify it but still can’t figure out what this foreign object is. I only saw it after my ice melted meaning I drank the whole Pepsi before I saw this thing. So who knows what I actually sucked up. Geez. Attitudes and job performance usually come top down and I noticed when they got an amazing manager at the Liberty location, the store suddenly was always clean and the employees were genuinely friendly. Nothing fake about them. I think it’s time for me to avoid the Easley location going forward. Oh and the Bo-rounds were nasty. My guess is old grease and they were dropped in the grease partially thawed which ruined the texture. A couple were over cooked.

ALWAYS check your order before you pull away from the window. The people only hear what they want to hear, not what you actually order. They have never ONCE gotten my order right. They don’t even know what the items on their menu are called! The gravy biscuit is called the Southern Gravy biscuit, but if you order it that way, they hear “sausage gravy biscuit” instead and add a random sausage patty to the gravy biscuit and increase the price for the wrong order! And if you ask for a sausage and egg biscuit, they will just give you a sausage biscuit just because NO ONE listens or cares anymore!

Food was decent! However I did receive a half gallon of tea with mold growing in it! Make your Tea fresh if you’re going to serve it to paying customers! That’s my only (yet serious) complaint..

My order was decent for a bojangles stop at 8pm. My chicken seemed to be hot but not on the fresh side. My fried were greasy, cold, and old for sure. Didn’t even eat them cause it was like eating straws of old grease. Biscuit was edible for the most part.

We came through drive thru and ordered an 8 pc meal, I asked them to substitute legs for the wings. Knowing how this younger generation is we checked our food. We had 2 legs , 3 breast, no thighs, and 4 wings. I went back in, they did replace my order correctly so I thought, they only filled my coleslaw halfway. They we’re more worried about joking around, using foul language in front of customers to worry about getting orders correct

Nothing wrong with the food, but they need to hire more help or something. Every time there is a massive wait. Even if I order online 30 minutes in advance I’ve still stood waiting for another 30 minutes for pickup. Not worth it.

After purchasing food from Bojangles for over 20 years . I’ve never had a complaint with the rice of all things , it’s always consistent. Today this rice is super soggy like an oatmeal texture or some what mashed potatoes. Than I ordered a side of Cajun pintos that was lukewarm warm . The temps of the side items had to be below DHEC standards which can lead to spoilage or food poisoning. It’s an ashamed that anyone will serve a customer anything they won’t eat .
