we went through the drive through and the person at the box (im guessing the manager “sig”) was quite impatient and rude to be blunt. I understand it may have been a long night but thats not customer service. the person at the second window, also the one who brought our food out when we were pulled up, Michael was fantastic. He was quite polite and patient and VERY customer service. The manager ended up coming out as well at one point to make sure we had all the correct food and was still very blunt about everything, as Michael and another crew were standing behind him awkwardly. Thank you Michael, and I hope you all had a quick close.

I don’t understand why you won’t give the customer the chance to place an order instead of rushing us through the drive through. Absolutely terrible service… So rushed it was that.. yep… You guessed it. They got the order wrong. Also, I’m not sure what the deal is with filling your drink cup up all the way. If I’m going to pay your price for a drink, fill my flipping cup up instead of 3/4 full. You guys are going down hill really quickly. Not to mention the biscuit was cold and hard ( had been sitting for a cold minute) the fries (that should have been mac and cheese) are also cold. The chicken is barely warm.

Update…. Service seems to be better but there is one guy that works the drive through that just absolutely WILL NOT fill your drink cup full. He alone will be the reason I don’t return to this location. Not to mention he is rather snooty when he is speaking with you.

Ordered inside and had to rush to order because the workers cared more about having a conversation with each other instead of being professional. They also didn’t give us all of our food we paid for even after I asked if that was all of our food ‍♀️ we also had to wait 30 mins ! Don’t recommend this place

Won’t be back. We ordered a curbside pickup twice and twice now they haven’t come to our car. There are no signs showing where to pick up mobile orders. Are they on the backside? Who knows?
We had ordered 2 kids meals with 2 chicken strips. When we arrived they didn’t have any chicken strips and substituted a chicken leg. One chicken leg in each meal from what had to be the scrawniest chicken in America.

I always have the worst experience with a pickup from this restaurant. The workers move at a snails pace and don’t seem to want to work. The kitchen area always seems dirty.

My food was a 10/10 if I’m being honest but I legit had to wait for over an hour Sunday afternoon. I understand 30 minutes give or take but 1 hour for a sandwich, fries, and a Bo berry biscuit is a long time.

I was in the drive through at this bojangles, I ordered an 8 piece family meal. The order took almost 25-30 minutes, it took so long the people behind me started leaving. Once I got home, I realized I got the wrong order, also, the lemonade I ordered with the meal tasted extremely watered down. When I asked to substitute my biscuits for fries, they said it would cost 3$? The experience was definitely horrible compared to my last experiences.

I was on the phone with my husband and he was going thru drive thru for lunch. Piece of advice to the rude lady who took his order… wait for the customer to say they are done. If I could give them a zero I would. Listen to your customers spicy chicken sandwich is not chicken strips and when the customer starts their order don’t be in such a damn hurry to end their order. I spent 20 years in the restaurant business 15 of that owning my own restaurant. Good customer service keeps people coming back every time. Do better Bojangles.

The closing manager that worked last night needs to be fired. It’s 6:22am and this place is disgusting. They clearly did not clean a damn thing in the lobby before closing on 11/10/2025. Crumbs all over the floor and tables. Spilled drinks that have dried at the drink station. No excuse to open like this. Bojangles as a whole in the Upstate are one of the worst managed morning restaurants. Most can’t open on time or have bad attitudes, so not really surprising to see they opened like this.

2nd time trying Bojangles. The place was empty so the service was incredibly fast. The dirty rice was delicious and mac n cheese alright. The chicken was crispy but very bland. They get 3 starts because my biscuits was overcooked and hard as a rock. Personally, the biscuit is the best part of it all so that was a huge bummer.

Perfect mix between KFC and Popeyes
