This store has completely changed. The past few times is a 180 from past experiences. It would be a common theme to arrive at the location for breakfast and wait for 20 minutes. Now – Immediate service!!!! Great change and keep it up. I have been going back to the location more since the change.

Absolutely the last time I’ll give this place a chance. I pulled up to the drive thru, gave my order, then pulled around to the window. Not a single word was spoken since the staff inside were too busy laughing and talking to each other and they just took my credit card then handed it back with my drink and the box of food. I get home 15 minutes later to realize that the order was completely wrong. Like not even remotely close. But I guess you can’t expect people to let their job come in between their social hour with their coworkers. Silly me.

Food was pretty good but the service was absolutely garbage. The people gave us the wrong order then proceeded to get mad at us telling us we had the wrong order as if we had anything to do with it. When we actually received our order there was food missing and the lady was extremely rude at the window, as if we did something wrong. Very unprofessional

Mother’s Day food disaster!
Absolutely WORST experience! Doesn’t deserve NOT 1 STAR ! Service was horrible the girl was on her phone and had to repeat our order! Should of knew better than but gave it chance bc Me and my wife wanted food. But As you can see the food was under cook ! Watered mashed potatoes and the chicken was almost completely raw ! Waste of time and money ! Will go to a better location!

It’s not a big deal that it was a extremely long wait for food, but the deceitfulness of me picking up a DoorDash order and the receipt conveniently being in places out, the bag is suspect to me. When I arrived at the store, they informed me that it will be 11 minutes before the order was ready, and so I waited in contact the support and let them know that I would still do the order. It was well over 11 minutes before the order was ready Which again is fine because that means the food is fresh for the customer. My issue is the receipt being placed inside the bag so that I was unable to take a picture of it. I know why the young lady did this and it is because I know that the receipt is time stamped on when they received it and they were delayed and she didn’t want to ding against the stores record I suppose. Again, this has nothing to do with the longevity of the meal prep, nor does it necessarily have anything to do with the attitude of the young lady who placed the receipt inside the bag. It’s purely the deceitfulness of doing that.

I normally do not leave negative reviews. I wanted to check out Bojangles here in Anderson and a young woman (unfortunately I never got her name) at the register with red-dyed hair and facial piercings was very rude. I kindly told her that I was just going to take a moment and look at the menu and decide on what I want and she said “Take your time or leave!” and I thought was weird but brushed it off and then when I finally decided what I want, I told her and she joking responded “No!” and complained about being tired. Like, seriously? I felt disgusted and left. Never going back to your restaurant again. Thank you.

Strike three and you are out. We have tried this location three times and the service was horrible. We were not even greeted as we walked in the door. There was no line so we were close to the register where staff was congregated talking about their personal lives which they continued as we waited to order.. Our cashier had so many piercings in her face and not sure what color faded green hair. They all had different ideas about how to take our order and ring us up. We weren’t directed where to proceed and had to wait for our cashier to come down and give us our cups to get our drinks. The dining area wad empty, so there were plenty of places to sit. The music playing was a mix of rap and rock and roll that was very off putting. The food was good, but as i was putting away my tray the trash can was fithy around the rim where you dump your tray out. I stopped to go to the bathroom on my way out and wished I hadn’t. The floors were filthy. The little trash cans in the stall were dusty on top and overflowing. I really like bojangles but I won’t eat inside this one again.
