Was able to walk right up to the person taking orders without a wait. That was a pleasant experience as the person was personable and helpful. Got my drink and stood around with a few other people who were also waiting for their food. It was several minutes and then we all seemed to get our food pretty quickly. The dining room was empty, there were several cars in the drive through, it was midafternoon. Restroom was clean. All in all, it was a good experience.

I have enjoyed the new bowl. I specifically go just to get it and the bo rounds cause thats literally the only thing I like. I went to this location twice. And 2 other locations, pleasantburg and wade hampton. And they all did the same thing. I asked for a sub of bacon for the sausage on the app, cause thats how I complete my orders, and because i simply just want bacon. It CLEARLY says it on my receipt every time, yet never once have I got the bacon sub. Idk if the employees just dont care, cant read simple instructions or what but its quite aggravating when not once or twice but 4 different times at 3 different locations and not one of them took the time to give me the meal I ordered. What is the point of being able to pick what I want but never actually getting it. SMH. Do better.

I’m sorry but y’all should really take out the time to clean its Black mold around the whole drink machine take the knobs off and put them in some bleach and let them soak overnight. Once y’all close get a toothbrush and clean that mold out the ice machine where your ice fall out in your cup. It is black mold and then you got managers and coworkers just standing around like it’s nothing to do as nasty as that store is it’s plenty to do

Placed a large to go order online. The food wasn’t quite ready when I got there, but the employees were very friendly. We chatted a little while food came up quickly nice and hot. One of the employees gave me a tip about the hot sauce in the ranch, definitely did not disappoint. Very positive atmosphere 10 out of 10 will return.

I had an appointment near this and was starving prior to my appointment. Went through the drive thru ordered a egg and cheese biscuit meal with a sweat tea. Bo tatoes were hot, biscuit was hot, tea was mouth watering sweet just the way this southern gal likes it! Only cost me $6.69. Highly recommend! Definitely will come back when I am on the side of town. Ate the food too fast to take pics. Lol Everything was awesome! Fast and friendly service. got what I ordered, no pulling up or waiting for my food. Happy Girl!

I don’t normally leave reviews, but this was a horrible experience. Fries tasted like they’ve been sitting out all day, none of the food was fresh, no soft drinks, tea wasn’t sweet & tasted old, biscuits were hard as a rock & not even edible. The only good thing we had were the chicken supremes. Biggest waste of $30 we’ve ever spent. Not only that, they were blasting explicit music the entire time & said they couldn’t heat up 4 biscuits, only 2. So they gave us extra stale fries instead.

i visited this location a little after 10 p.m. last week & I ordered a 2 piece dinner with sides and a cajun fillet Club combo & pork chop biscuit with gravy. I was given no receipt for my transaction that night which caused me not to be able to take my food back without a receipt. I waited atleast 10 to 15 mins on my food and i was the only one in the drivethrough. I got home and to find out my fries were hard cold and old. I was upset about that because I love bojangles fries. My tea was a little overly sweet as well. But I will return to this location as it local to my residence in hopes of a better visit. Always make sure you give hot fries to customers and hot fresh food. The cajun fillet Club was good hot & fresh so I guess that was what my wait was for while it was freshly cooked and im fine with that. But to receive a hot sandwich with cold fries was a let down. The pork chop biscuit i ordered was good accept i had no country GRAVY on it as i asked and paid for…. I did not receive the gravy. By the time i got home they were closed and too late to take my food back and i was given no receipt for what i purchased. I have been in the food business 15 years plus so i know what to expect. As a returning customer I just ask that you give fresh hot prompt nice customer service. Thats what brings customers back. Im also a former Bojangles employee so I know what to expect from bojangles.
