Dirty. Bathrooms not functional. Employees in lot smoking like its a party by their cars. Food cold. Dry. Lot full of trash. The one in Ocala, Florida was shut down by the board of health. This is worse. I would not let my dog eat there.

Chicken isn’t the best quality, but sure loved the biscuit & seasoned fries. The tea was awesome as well. Service could be better, since there are no utensils, napkins nor sauces available to the public, without asking an employee. Pretty clean too.

Abby waited on my wife and me. She was very friendly and nice. The food was great. The fries were the way Bojangles’ fries should be at all of their locations. I got the Famous chocolate sandwich and in my opinion, it is the very best spicy chicken sandwich of all the fast food restaurants. You need to understand that no matter where you get a spicy chicken sandwich each fast food restaurant has a different one. I prefer Bojangles the best. Again thank you Abby for being a great customer service person. You made my day.
