I don’t know why I continue to go to this location. Probably the worst managed fast food restaurant I’ve ever been in. Came here a few weeks ago, waited 35 minutes at 8 am for a Bo berry biscuit. Went through the drive through a week ago, had to pull up and wait 25 minutes for a large Bo round at 730am. Got down the road and there was 4 in the container. Went there tonight and waited 40 minutes on a chicken sandwich. Never again.

Place absolutely sucks. Customer service is terrible and they make you wait a long time for simple orders. They get mad at you for coming back in when your order is wrong (which is frequent). Tea has a slight sour taste to it as if it’s from the day before. Food is usually cold, biscuits are hard, they never give you sauce and when they do it’s not the what you asked for, they never give straws and you hardly get a receipt. The only decent thing about this location is the manager I spoke too. She seemed nice but it’s obvious her team sucks and don’t listen to her. Best part is, you can’t call and make a complaint because it’s not showing under the main franchise. If you don’t mind waiting forever for your order to be wrong and lack of customer service then this is the place for you!!

Waited in the drive through over 10mins. No one was in front of me. Finally left the drive through and went in to order. Had to repeat the order several times before getting it right.

The service was great the Manager Jessica was great she shared the deals they had going on which saved us some money she was polite and patience with us. Even though she had a mask on I can still tell she had a smile on her face she was great the food was good and fresh I will be back.

This store needs a complete overhaul, and if I could have rated this place a 0 even that would have been too high. While I waited 45 minutes for my order, and people steadily flowing in and out of the drive thru line, the staff laughed because I finally came inside to ask how much longer. The dining area and drink area is filthy. The manager was rude and attempted to act like she was doing something, but i saw nothing. People who came inside to order stood in line and were not even acknowledged and ultimately ended up leaving without food.
Two girls stood at the window talking about their weekend plans, one other lady was trying to fill Door Dash orders for a man that waited just as long as I did, or close to it. Two cooks wandered around like they didn’t have a clue what they were supposed to be doing. An elderly lady, not in a uniform, but had an apron on, did nothing but eat straight from the prep counter. Every surface I touch was sticky, the front counter looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in who knows when. After all this, the order was incorrect, but they thought the 6 “free” bo berry biscuits would right their wrong.
And to really put the cherry on top!! They ran my credit card for $65 twice. Thanks Capital One for letting me know that piece of news.

In general Bojangle’s is fine. We usually enjoy the food. The Lake City location has been low level service and quality for years now. Every interaction with staff members is miserable. They couldn’t be less happy. They don’t even try to fake it. They’re bothered by you being there and it’s evident in their lack of urgency and discourteous exchange. We rarely wait less than 20 minutes for our food and then it’s incorrect or of low quality (cold, undercooked, overcooked). This particular day the A/C was broken. I know this happens to everyone but it caused a leak in the dining area onto a table. This was ignored by the staff. There wasn’t a single clean table in the restaurant. I cleaned one off to sit while we waited for about 20 minutes for our food. I finally went back to the front and asked if our order was ready and was told they accidentally gave it to the customer who had just left. I had to wait for them to prepare and box up the order again. This is the regular experience anytime I go to this location. I give a lot of restaurant employees the benefit of the doubt. These things happen on occasion everywhere and mistakes can be made. They’re jobs can be challenging but this is a consistent trend here. Going forward if I’m in the area and looking for a meal I believe I can do without stopping here.
