Ordered a Cajun filet biscuit combo at drive through. Service was ok other than the person taking the order sounded like she didn’t want to be there but service was quick and she did smile. The seasoned fries were great however while eating the chicken biscuit I noticed a weird taste and an odor from the chicken. I looked at the chicken and the inside was slimy as if the chicken was not cooked properly or the chicken was very spoiled. I’m hoping I do not get sick but wanted everyone to be aware. A report has been made with DEHEC and with Bojangles Corporate so hopefully it will be addressed. Be safe out there and take the time to check your food before you bite into it unlike did. Also I’ll attach pictures but the receipt has the time stamp incorrect.
Edit: shortly after this review the GM contacted me and apologized for the issue and offered a refund and stated he would definitely fix the issue so I’m changing the review to 3 stars instead of one. Thank you Phillip for taking this health issue seriously and taking the time to contact me.

This Crew is Amazing!! I ordered a catering order online. I came to pick it up and was greeted with smiles and the nicest staff I have ever encountered. They helped put everything in my car with care, adding sauces etc. Truly wonderful experience, and we will be back! Thank you so much!

Arrived here at prime biscuit time. Everyone was working really hard to get us our food in a timely manner. I recommend the biscuits and gravy if you can sit down. Get the hash potato Bo’rounds

Great Service- Good Food. But-
WHAT IN THE WORLD DID YOU GUYS DO TO THE DINING ROOM? It reminds me of cheap PATIO furniture… inside the house….Stopped by on way back from Myrtle Beach… which I do occasionally… Always had a nice normal dining room with BOOTHS and TABLES. I went in today to dine- and order some meals… I ordered a HAM biscuit instead, and ate it in the parking lot. I hope you fix this… Ills top by on the next beach trip in a month or 2…. if it still looks the same- I will head for the Conway Bojangles. Whomever did that store- had a designer/ customer understanding for a dining room. How could you mess it up so much?

The drive thru cashier was extremely nice and helpful. They have the best biscuits! Always buttery, soft, and delicious! I drive over 30 minutes for them even though there’s a Bojangles less than 5 minutes from my house.

Honey mustard was missing.
Fries were cold.
Cajun biscuit sandwich was so dry I threw it away. It had obviously been sitting under the heat lamp for hours. Next time I’ll go to KJ’s and get a rotisserie chicken. Cheaper and better quality.

This has to be the most poorly managed Bojangle’s I’ve ever been to. Waited 25 minutes for a simple order to be brought out. After we finally got the order, there were no sauces. Went in to get sauces, waited another 10 minutes to be acknowledged while standing at the counter. And this isn’t the first time something like this has happened at this location. Absolutely ridiculous!

If i could give 0 stars I would. I walked in the restaurant and noone could be seen or heard. I stood at the counter for 8 to 10 minutes, even yelled out Hello and Excuse Me twice … there was even a young boy inside that was putting trays on the counter but he never said anything or acknowledged me. Under new management seems like a joke all around….

This is my second review on this Bo jangles . Everything is always fresh and delicious. We travel through different times of the month and i do highly recommend anyone to stop by.. jay does a fantastic job . He’s always willing to go out the way to make sure the customers are satisfied.. the restaurant and bathroom are always clean as well.. so if you’re near the area please give this Bojangles a try .. 10/10 hands down!!!!
