Bojangles always deliver, I love the food, the meal was prepared fresh for us, the fresh flavorful and juicy. The chicken was hot and the biscuits too. The sweet tea was good to go. We ordered the tailgate family meal. Though I don’t like the beans but it was all good I enjoyed the meal.

Let me start by saying this was my 1st at/eating Bojangles in over 10 yrs. I was tired from an 11hr shift & my son wanted chicken. We went through the drive thru, ordered 2 $5 deals, a drink & apple cobbler. When we got to the window, the young man said they only had white meat & it would be 15mins for dark. My son asked for wings. The mgr had a little attitude when saying they only had breast so he could get a breast. We declined & the mgr asked (again with an attitude), ‘They waiting or what?’ At that time, I said, ‘Yes, we’re waiting.’ We pulled up behind another car waiting at 9:43pm. The young guy came out with 2 boxes & gave it to the car in front of us. She got out of the car, went inside, came out with a bag & left. We pulled up where she was & a car pulled behind us. That was at 9pm. The young guy came out with 2 boxes & gave it to car behind us. As he passed by, I asked him how much longer. He said he didn’t know but would find out. At 9:06, my son gor out & walked back to the window. After 5 mins, he came back with our food saying they gave us an extra apple cobbler for the inconvenience. The chicken was hot but not fresh out the grease hot. The fries were cold & the damned apple “cobbler” was a biscuit with a scarse topping of apples & soft granola!!! It went straight in the trash!! Guess it will be another 10 years before I go back again!!

I placed an online order earlier this morning and came inside to pick it up. I was initially greeted by two employees, but shortly after, another employee approached while actively on her phone having a personal conversation and did not greet me. She asked how she could help, and I noticed my order bag taped and appearing ready behind her. I informed her that I had an online order under my name. After checking the bag, she realized the order was incomplete; missing four drinks and several pies. She untaped the bag and called out what was missing. While preparing my drinks, she handled her phone in between without wearing gloves, which was concerning. As for the food quality, I spent over $60 on my order, which included five biscuit combo meals and four pies. Unfortunately, the fries in all five meals were soggy, not hot (though seasoned), and the pies were neither hot nor buttered as they usually are. I also waited an additional five minutes for one pie. Overall, this experience did not meet expectations. Please do better.

I ordered 2 Butter biscuits. Which usually are a biscuit cut open and the liquid butter drizzled inside then closed up and wrapped back up. This time I got 2 plain Jane biscuits. No butter, no receipt.

Ordered a large fry this am. I was ubering. With tax $5.54. They were old and cold. Tried to call numerous times throughout the day to let them know.phone rings and rings, no answer. Didn’t get back to that area until 5 pm. Told them. No one apologized. A guy that I gave them to took them to a woman that came and said they could remake them now. I said no I wanted them this am. She said they were old they make them fresh all the time. They definitely were not and why would you say that to a customer? I had to waste more time to return them and get my refund. Would I do that for no reason? Definitely not. She said nothing else to me. Went around the corner with my receipt and sent the original guy back with my money. Said nothing to me just handed it to me. I left feeling like they thought I was in the wrong. Unbelievable.

I ordered two Cajun Filet Biscuit Combos and a 4pc supreme combo around 6 pm. I pulled around to the window where a pleasant young lady took my order. I paid and was asked to pull forward behind the Subaru Outback in front of me. I did and after waiting about 20 minutes and receiving no food, I backed up at the window to ask what was taking so long. I was assured that my food would be out shortly. I pulled back behind the Subaru that was also waiting. After another 10 minutes a young lady came up to my window and told me that they were behind because they had several fried chicken orders and wanted to know if I was interested in having chicken instead. I told her no that I wanted the combos that I ordered and she told me that it would take an additional 15 minutes to drop the food in the fryer!! I told her that I had a meeting at 7 so she said that she would hurry. I received my food at about 6:40 and was assured that my food was fresh. It was NOT fresh. The fries were lukewarm, shriveled, and tasted like they had been sitting for quite some time. I did not have time to speak with management because I was on my way to a meeting. This was absolutely unacceptable.

The resturaunt is the only fast food restaurant I go to. I was disappointed that they have now downsized their sausage egg and cheese biscuits, but ther prices did not downsize. Chic filet is right across the street, I may have to try them for breakfast and see if they downsized. The staff were kind and helpful as well but they have also downsized in that area which k makes for a longer wait time

It has been a while since I have had me some Bojangles so I decided to stop in. I ordered the 8pc meal with biscuits and two sides. The staff at the window was great we pulled forward after paying and it took about 10min and I had my order. When I got home it was still nice and warm. Bojangles fried chicken tastes so good.

I love bojangles. I would have given them a five but after a whole day of traveling all I wanted was some Bojangles chicken to end my day. Walked in around 9pm and they had a sign up that said cash only! Who the hell carries cash anymore. Needless to say, I did not get my chicken last night. Maybe I’ll have better luck tonight
