I Will NEVER eat at this restaurant in Moncks Corner ever ( if you can really call it that) again. I went thru the drive thru talked to the automated board so it was like a yes or no order at that time. Get to the window. The server is rude and I asked if I could add a drink was a little confused at the order station. And she said no I had to either go BACK thru the drive thru or get out and come inside….going thru the drive thru was to avoid having to get out of my car in the first place. So I just get the “food I ordered” or so I thought. I get to where I was going which was 15 mins away from where I ordered and lo and behold I ordered a 2 piece white meal with mash and gravy and Mac and cheese. What I got was a little different. I got a thigh and an extra small wing. A day old biscuit with Mac and cheese and a cup of gravy ( no mash at all). It was way beyond cold, the biscuit was hard. I don’t like just gravy( wasn’t even worth dipping the biscuit in) I wrote to the company and to this store and never got a response from either about such a horrible customer service experience I received. My family nor I will be back to this restaurant again. The only reason it got any star was just to be able to post this…..couldn’t give negative stars

Went yesterday with my boyfriend. They gave him a pepsi instead of sweet tea and our chicken tenders were SMALL. You would think that if the tenders they breaded were really small, they would give you extra to make up for it, but clearly not. I’ve never had a chicken tender i could eat in one bite until i came here. Additionally, about a week ago when i was here again me and 2 other groups of customers were waiting at the front counter for 10 minutes for someone to come take our orders but they never came, everyone ended up leaving and going through the drive thru instead after minutes of waiting. Terrible service and the workers clearly do not care.

Worse service I ever got at a Bojangles.
I was told at the drive thru to pull up to the door and my food will be out in a few minutes. I waited 20 minutes. No food, Went in, food not ready, waited several minutes, got food it was boxed wrong, didn’t get dessert ordered, had to wait for it to be prepared.
No apologies, 5 employees and a dozen people parked outside waiting for food and no one attempting to take out any orders. Everyone was having to come in and get their food. Some was bringing it back due to not being what they ordered.
I even said, we should be given complimentary tea for having to wait so long and having to come in to get our orders. The woman serving me looked at me like I was speaking a foreign language and shook her head like NO!
It’s pathetic people get paid to give such terrible service. The was over cooked, the dirty rice taste like it was made several hours earlier and that caramel apple dessert is nasty and a rip off for $1.99 for a half biscuit with a couple tablespoons of apple pie filling and caramel sauce.
That restaurant needs help and better management!!!

Worst decision today for my Sunday meal!!! The dirty rice looked like gritty and the green beans(2 orders) were significantly different in portion. The ‘MANAGER ‘ is difficult to speak to(ALWAYS DISAGREEING WITH WHAT YOU’RE SHOWING HER AND SHE ARGUES)!!! I got a quick refund, took my business across the street to KFC..FOOD WAS HORRIBLE AS WELL!!!

I went for breakfast and I saw the rice bowl. The drive through AI asked if I wanted the rice bowl so I said yes without eggs. Well that was disappointing, no eggs no sausage. You know what was left Tata tots and melted cheese. Horrible choice never will I try this again or go back to bojangles. I don’t like to use the word “NEVER” because God will allow you to do things that you do not want to do. I call the office to speak with a Manger or supervisor but the guy who answered said “hold please” and did not return so eventually I hung up the phone and called back at a later time and the phone had a busy tone.

The food is good, but the customer service was very disappointing. When I pulled up to the drive-thru window, the employee just stared at me and didn’t greet me or tell me my total. I had to ask what I owed. Staff could use better training on basic customer interaction.
