I went last night and got a kids meal with Mac and cheese, a breakfast bowl, and biscuits and gravy. They forgot to give us a biscuit in the kids meal (a main part of the kids meal) and the breakfast bowl was the saddest thing I’ve ever seen. I had to add my biscuit and gravy to the bowl just to make it enough food. And since when is the biscuits and gravy only one biscuit???

Ordered 6 Bo-biscuits. Not cooked all the way. Every single one was doughy. Employees have a bad bad bad attitude problem. I figured it was cause they still had to come in after it snowed but all the previous reviews state this is an ongoing issue. Husband asked for a 3 piece dinner and said they didn’t have it, then was told the cook had to drop the chicken and it’d take 15 minutes, so my husband waited on his food. Trinity rung up our order (she was so nice, love her) and asked one of her coworkers how long the chicken would take and the coworker gave nothing but straight attitude to her. Like girl, find another job if you don’t like food service. Will not be ordering from here again until new employees come in.

Food is good and hot, but the workers and management are lacking. They always make you pull up and wait like 10 minutes for food which pretty much defeats the purpose of fast food. Most of the their employees have bad attitudes too.

We ordered 2 finger baskets and 2 spicy sandwiches. We were told to pull up. Like we are told everytime no matter if there are cars behind us or not. After 6 cars behind us got their food. We pulled back around. As soon as we get to the window. The girl hands us our food and says, “we had to make the spicy chicken”… so im confused as to how they ran out of chicken for us but was able to serve 6 cars behind us and have our food ready at the exact moment we pulled back again.? No apologies, no thank you, no customer service skills. They cant be bothered to even act they have care about your service.

This store needs to be shutdown and start over, the management sucks, the crew sucks with nasty attitude, cooperate needs to train their team how to deal with food and customers the right way and not the getto way, honestly I hope they close down and let the employees find another source of employment in today’s market
I pray they close down because it’s to many people complaining about this newly opened location so it’s the people that is hired that is taking the company down hill.

Will not be back. Management obviously doesn’t know how to manage. Was told to pull into a parking spot(where there were already several cars waiting).There was noone behind me. They proceeded to take/fill orders, instead of filling the previous orders. Ended up going inside and my order was just sitting there cold. The woman parked beside me also went in/her order wasn’t even right. Maybe if the make orders as they come they won’t have this issue!

The food is way over cooked and dry,not to mention cold. The service is horrible and unpleasant. I complained about my food and they acted like they couldn’t care less about making it right, and when I told them to keep it, I think one of the employees started saying something offensive as I was leaving. Food poisoning for the 5th time calling Dhec . Do not eat here at least you want to be sick from vomiting to taking a number 2 to feeling like stomach is in knots!!! Couldn’t finish my biscuit because it was not cooked throughly this is the 5th time bojangles in Foxbank Plantation has done this need shut down. !!!!

Every time I come to this location there’s an issue . Today got I smart and paid in cash! Order at the drive through , they did give us our order. Got to the stop sign pink lemonade is water, I get it go . Got to Parker’s opened the box fries, BURNT, chicken… the breading is doughy and looks undercooked so I took it back. Spoke to a very respectful young’s man when I came in to correct my order he did offer to remake it . But I declined because of the rude comments his coworkers we making(complaining about people coming back in after just seeing them) so I got my refund. If the order is right and completed with some decency then you wouldn’t have to see the same customers . Safe to say I’ll be spending my money elsewhere.
