Ordered a sausage and egg biscuit combo with gravy biscuit on the side. The bo-rounds were missing from the order and when I called the location on Ladson Rd. To ask about it the lady said “what you want me to do about it? Have door dash come pick it up?” She was very rude and defensive and would not own up to not packing the food as ordered, like she was trying to blame door dash. All door dash does is pick up the food, they dont put it in the bag. THATS YOUR JOB !

I went through the drive-through this morning to order a simple breakfast. With an automated drive-through system, you’d think the process would be seamless, but instead it was the exact opposite.
There were three cars ahead of me. A Kia SUV was told to pull up by the door. A Nissan Rogue was directed to curbside spot #1. A Ford Fusion was told to park in curbside spot #2. Then I was told to pull up next to curbside spot #2. At that point, it became very clear that your team was more focused on clearing orders off their screen than actually serving customers efficiently.
If the drive-through cannot provide food in a reasonable amount of time, customers should be informed before payment is taken. Had I known I would be asked to wait off to the side — just like every car in front of me — I never would have stayed in line.
This location is no longer operating as “fast food.” The experience was slow, disorganized, and gave the impression that staff were prioritizing internal metrics over customer service. It feels careless and reflects poorly on your brand.
Had I been told before paying that I would be asked to wait for my food, I would have graciously declined. I ordered at 9:37 a.m. and it took 37 minutes to receive a lukewarm, crusty, old sausage biscuit with egg and cheese. Since your staff does not value my time or the quality of the food served, I will not be returning to this
When I mentioned this at work, several coworkers shared that they’ve had the same experience here — and they also will not be coming back. What a shame.

The manager at the window was super polite, I asked for a chicken sandwich but it wasn’t lunch time yet. The restaurant was not busy no people in line behind me. The very nice manager turned around and asked the cook whose name is Shay (sp?) if she can make me one. She rudely and quickly said no then dismissed me and walk away like I had inconvenienced her. I’m still leaving a great review but someone needs to talk to her and tell her that’s not how you treat a customer. Best wishes!

Customer sucks just like the food Quality If a customer asked you to drop their order fresh and they were willing to eat why not do it like I sell old products and that’s unacceptable my supreme tenders look like they were sitting in there all day long my fries were halfway un cooked in my rice look like it was dry. I was ordering and the AI drive through assistant stoped working so I had to order through the window. they lady at the window was having a hard time with listening, also they ran out of chicken and only left me with 1 thigh and she didn’t offer a solution to replace the other chicken pieces. Then to top it off she forgot a drink.

My ham on my biscuit was hard. The biscuits tastes like they just made them and have them sitting in the warmer for a long time so it makes it faster for them to serve the food but little do they know it’s nasty it’s nasty when it’s not fresh biscuit was very dark everything just was hard and nasty.

Brought my wife and I here to eat right before going to the movies. We ordered and there wasn’t really a line, but I guess someone made a slightly bigger order ahead of us so they were running behind somewhat. It looked like they operation was going well though. People moving slow, not doing anything. Hell, I waited 30 minutes for 2 sausage biscuits and a small order of bo rounds. That’s crazy. The drive-thru wasn’t packed, and there was only 2 people ahead of me. People that came in after me and had to wait got there food before I did which had me upset. I try not to go to hard on food service because I know how it can be, but this location has to do better. Take Care.

This bojangles was nice food was fresh and yummy. We got the $19.99 deal it was perfect for my family. The staff was busy so it took a minute to get the food but it was worth waiting our turn. Would definitely recommend this location

Ordered door dash 8 piece, all white meat and was given all dark meat. I quit going for a few months. Decided to go tonight, 9/22/2023, after a long day. Ordered 8 piece, all white meat. Had to wait. Not a big deal. However, again I was given all dark meat. My fault for checking, but will be a long time until I go back again. FYI, all white meat costs more…

the workers were rude, cursing at each other and talking about how people say they are the best bojangles around which if that’s true then this company needs to be shut down because of this is the worst bojangles i’ve been to. i asked for extra icing and i got literally no icing, they say there on their phone while a man was waiting to order, she walked away mid order to go laugh with her friends. fire these people who act like they don’t want to act right and find better people!!!!
