Terrible- we ordered 2 breast and two wings on Uber Eats- after waiting 45 mins they sent all dark meat which we do not eat. I called and the staff said they were out of white meat; no call or anything. They just sent the opposite of what we ordered and did NOT care at all- terrible experience

Got there at 6am when they opened. From the drive thru window I could see into the kitchen. There was food on the floor, dirty utensils everywhere, and open can of beans all before they opened up. Absolutely disgusting, drive away.

Firstly, I made an order through the drive through and had to wait for over half an hour for my food. I had to repeat my order multiple times to multiple people and was told to wait in one of the parking spots. After about 10 minutes one employee came out and asked if I was waiting for something. I told them that I was still waiting for my order and again repeated what it was. After finally getting my order and getting home I took a bite out of my sandwich, grilled chicken, it was completely raw in the center. DO NOT get any food from here. I have no idea how they are still open.

Today we ordered at 2:37 and it’s 2:44 but yet we were the only ones in line and we were told to move up to “get off their timer” in addition to that we were told it’d be a 4 minute wait for the bo berry biscuit it’s clear that common sense isn’t so common because if we didn’t want to wait 4 minutes for a biscuit then why would we want to wait almost 10 for some chicken. After they claimed the chicken was ready in the first place. Not only was it not ready it was in the fryer so long that it was hard as a rock.

First, we are friendly, respectful people and we treat anyone in food service with patience and kindness because we understand how hard those jobs can be. I also run a business myself, so I do not complain lightly and I fully understand what reasonable expectations look like from both sides of the counter.
That said, this was one of the worst customer service interactions I have ever experienced.
The employee working the drive thru window was immediately hostile the moment we pulled up. She began aggressively reading our order back in a sharp, irritated tone as if our presence alone had offended her. I politely asked if I could add one sausage at the window for my dog. I was calm and respectful when I asked. Her response was to roll her eyes, glare at me, and snap, “What, what do you want, why didn’t you order it back there.”
There was no greeting, no courtesy, no attempt at professionalism, only open annoyance and attitude. It was not busy, we were not rude, and we were not difficult. We asked for a single additional item. Her reaction was disproportionate, confrontational, and frankly embarrassing for your business.
This was not someone having a rough day. This was someone who clearly does not want to interact with customers at all. Eye rolling, snapping at customers, and speaking to people like they are an inconvenience is unacceptable in any customer facing position. If I had an employee behave that way toward one of my clients, they would not be representing my business again.
I am not asking for perfection. I am asking for basic respect. The interaction was uncomfortable enough that I actually wished I had recorded it because it would be impossible to exaggerate how unpleasant it was.
This employee should not be placed in a customer facing role until serious corrective action is taken. The experience reflected extremely poorly on your store.

This is the slowest most inconsiderate establishment I’ve ever been to. It’s ridiculous that you put in an order for pick up to try to accelerate th process and the food not being ready for almost FORTY FIVE minutes after the time you were told to pick it up. I got a BEC biscuit meal it shouldn’t take this long. It’s utterly disrespectful. Do not come here. AND THEY GAVE ME THE WRONG FOOD THIS IS INSANE.

BOTH times I have ordered from here I have regretted it. Both times my order has been half wrong and missing the other half. Also hope you don’t want a Bo berry biscuit if you order one, because you are not going to get it, that’s been missing both times. Maybe its just that they don’t care about an order that goes to Uber Eats, and you have to go inside but I doubt it’s any better in person as the parking lots empty every time I pass by. It’s a shame we can’t have an actual good fast food place on James island, especially when the food is decent it’s just the service that sucks.

Dominic was amazing…. Ran the place all by himself and was quick, detailed and very upbeat despite being left all alone. Even offered to do a breakfast sandwich at night if we were willing to wait. This man deserves a HUGE raise and deserves management opportunities. This is dedication on the highest level. He rose to the occasion and our visit memorable. We were 3 hrs from home and this young man impressed the hell out of us. He deserves so much more for stepping up

i went through the drive thru and wound up waiting 30 minutes for my food (one 2 piece dinner meal). they gave me the wrong food, then i had to wait another 15 minutes. when they finally gave me my food, i did not get a biscuit and they got my sides wrong. the portions were horrible as well. i normally don’t post things like this but i have had several bad experiences at this specific location.

I’ve been to many Bojangles across the region and this is widely regarded as the worst Bojangles by myself and several of my family members and friends. When done right Bojangles is delicious. However, this place never does it right. I’ve often sat in the drive thru for 10 to 15+ minutes, and even just left several times due to how long I sat there. I’ve gone inside and waited and waited as well. The atmosphere inside is one of the employees wishing no one had shown up so they didn’t have to work. The dining area is often disheveled and even, at lunch time on a Sunday, had chairs up on tables with nowhere to sit. When I eventually do order and receive my food, I’ve often had things missing, and when I notice while still there and bring it up, they say it’ll be another 5 minutes before that’s ready, but they didn’t tell me that until I asked, so that were fine stealing my money by not giving me everything I ordered and pretending they did by sending me on my way hoping I wouldn’t notice.
Do not go here.
If you’re ever on James Island on Folly Rd looking for some chicken, do yourself a favor and find somewhere else to go, like the Zaxbys right down the road.
