The food here is always fresh and delicious with little to no wait. The staff is friendly and helpful and the restaurant clean. My only complaint is the AI taking orders at the drive through. This is so inpersonalable. And unwelcoming. Please bring back the personal service of an actual human taking orders at drive through and not some AI voice.

Went through drive thru and only ordered #10 Combo (4pc tenders, fries, and sweet tea). Had to pull over and wait on food for approximately 10-15 mins. Restaurant didn’t look busy when I pulled in so not sure why such a long wait. Food was warm not as hot as you would expect after the wait. Tenders and fries both very crispy as if fried too long.

We stop at many Bojangles on our travels. This one in Landrum, SC is our favorite! The food is always good and hot. Staff is very friendly and they don’t act like they mind being there. Was totally impressed with the Christmas Decorations! They went all out!
Made the atmosphere very inviting. Restaurant is tidy and restrooms were clean! Will definitely continue coming here.

Don’t go here unless you want to pull into a spot and wait 15+ minutes for your food EVERY SINGLE TIME. Seriously, it’s a chicken place that never has the chicken ready. And Boberry? Good luck. Literally sitting in a spot now with five other cars waiting. Go to Columbus or Inman. This place needs serious help.

Stopped by on our road trip. The staff were all very nice, and the inside was clean and tidy.

I frequent the Bojangles in Landrum, SC at least 3-5 times a week, or at least I did until Monday 3/17/25. I have overlooked the fact that service has gradually gone downhill. However, this location obviously has some major problems as I learned this week. As I was consuming my meal, it became hard to drink from the straw. I open the cup lid and to my surprise found a receipt from and order placed the previous day in my cup. Photo attached. My understanding (having worked in this industry years ago) is that the cups are to remain stacked for sanitary purposes. Only the outside surface of the cup should be exposed until filled with beverage. Well obviously that is not the practice of this location. Thankfully the receipt remained intact so that no pieces did pass through the straw putting anyone at risk of choking. I do not even want to think of all that was exposed to the inside of this cup. I normally refrain from posting negative reviews however, it has been 3 days since I sent an email to the corporate office and no response. Not only does this location seem to have poor handling habits, corporately they seem to accept the practice as a non issue. My families estimated $4,000.00 per year spend with Bojangles will just have to go to a company that cares.
