The slow Bojangles death march sadly continues. AI order taker advised 5 minutes preparation for Bo Rounds, we opted for mashed potatoes. When we arrived at the pay/pick up window, we’re advised 12 minutes on chicken. We opted to wait to the great obvious chagrin of the cook inside (we could hear from our car). Chicken was hot and tasty. Green beans were good as well as mashed potatoes. Our longtime favorite dirty rice was a bit greasy. All the while we were waiting, the electric road sign is advertising 8pc Chicken meal…and it was 6pm on a Thursday. This was one of a string of visits to Bojangles locations that did not have chicken ready. Sad….

Stood at the front counter over 10 minutes with no one there. Orders coming out slow. Definitely not fast food. Update ;Came in today and it was slower than the first time. 25 minute wait for a biscuit and gravy? What is going on here? Employees more concerned with the schedule and gossip vs cooking food and taking orders. Won’t be back for a 3rd long wait. But the biggest joke was one of the employee’s family members came in and got to skip the line and get their food first.

I ordered a breast and a sweet tea for over 7.00. I asked for a honey mustard politely and after I paid she said it would be .21 cents. I asked even though I bought a piece of chicken and a tea and she said it was only for other meals. Pretty ridiculous and I don’t believe her. I literally spent 7.50 and she couldn’t give me a damn thing of honey mustard. Do better. Don’t be jerks.

I stopped at this location on 02/26 to grab food. The gentleman who took my order about noon was very sweet and attentive. I got my order quickly and it was fresh.

Worst Bojangles visit ever. After placing my order, it took 20 minutes to get my food. The restaurant had 4 other tables with people waiting a l9ng time for dood. The six people behind me got their food rather quickly. It was just a 4 piece tender with dirty rice.
The quality was horrible. The rice was not cooked completely and was watery. It was not edible. ( see picture )
There were out of large cups. So, if you wanted a large drink, they would give you multiple cups.
I reached out to leadership and requested a call. They sent an email saying thanks for telling us, We will talk to the staff.
I at least expected a phone call after getting food I could not eat.
I didn’t say anything at the restaurant because I didn’t have the time to wait again.
This was my regular stop on the way to Greenville. NEVER AGAIN, will I stop there.
In response to the owners response. I did reach out to the email @ Bocountry.com I shared the response above.
I heard from Curtis Styvaert and it was Cc to JC Hofmeister and Patrick Sheline. It felt like a form letter response. Didn’t feel like there was much concern. Plenty other places to eat along that corridor.
I would recommend many of them.

Restroom was clean food came out a little slow but was fresh when we got it.
The Bo rounds tasted like the oil was old. Might of needed changing. Over all good experience.

Maybe it was just a bad day for them but our order took 15+ minutes and when we finally got it all the sides and sauces were wrong. The soda machine drain was clogged and so they also decided to just let it flood one corner of the restaurant.

Food is pretty good here because you always have to wait forever for them to fix it. Currently sitting in the drive thru now and have been waiting for at least 10 minutes. Didn’t order anything special just a normal menu item. It’s always soooooooooo slow when I stop. Looking at other reviews, this is an issue at this place. Don’t know why the owner won’t do anything about it. Staff is very unprofessional.
