This was trash. Burnt biscuit, cold fries, no napkins, very slow service, 3 people walked out, and I don’t see how this place doesn’t close. Hey ownership feel free to reach out. Recommend a strong manager or fire everyone and start over. The only positive here is y’all have Cheerwine on tap.

This Bojangles has the rudest employees I have EVER encountered in my whole life! We used the drive thru for this visit and the person taking our order talked so fast I had to ask him to repeat himself. I very clearly ordered our drinks to be starry and Mountain Dew. When we got to the window the woman handed me a clear drink and one that was NOT Mt Dew. I looked at it and said I ordered Mt Dew and she said sweet tea. I repeated several times what my order was and she kept insisting I said sweet tea and even checked with the guy who took my order and he said sweet tea. I do not like sweet tea at Bojangles so I would have never ordered it. She went to change the drink and hands me another and says Dr Pepper! I looked at her in shock and thought it was some kind of joke. I said again I ordered Mt Dew! She tried to say I said Dr Pepper and acted like I was wrong again and said oh I’ll just change it in a very condescending voice. I finally got the correct drink which I am not going to drink now because these people were so rude they were borderline mean and who knows what they could have put in it. We did not have straws so I asked for them and she said aren’t they in the box so I looked but they are not usually in the box, when I turned back to the window she is waving two straws at me and loudly saying straws, straws!! What ever happens to the customer is always right?! And in this case I was!

The wait time is absolutely unacceptable. 20 mins my foot. We have waited 45 and still only have part of the food we ordered because after over half and hour they come out to tell me that they are out of one of the items and then 15 mins later only bring an incomplete order that I was told was complete and it was infact not and I have to go ask for the rest. Got home with the food and the gravy was freakin sausage gravy instead of the brown for the mashed potatoes. Somebody needs to get it together. It’s ridiculous.

I continue to have poor experiences at this location. One time I had to wait about 40 minutes for a regular 3 piece surpremes combo, this was made right by a manager on the spot. But tonight I came by at 9:38 and sat in the drive through, then tried the door and it was locked, a young lady (who was dancing and pointing at me) told me they were closed even though they are listed as being open until 10. I realize this is close to closing but still disappointing and frustrating.

The oldest food imaginable…looks like jerky. Asked about fresher food…”that’s just how it comes” inedible!!! Burnt old chicken just what I wanted for dinner..The entire place inside was dirty the utensils looked like they have been there for days…the inserts were crusted with barely anything in it and guy literally scraped through them for my sides…beyond disgusting!!! Does this place even have management?

I go here a lot but today I was disappointed. Their breakfast is always good but for some reason their lunch/dinner is always off. I went to get two dinners a breast dinner with two sides and a biscuit. And a leg and thigh dinner with two sides and a biscuit..the breast and both biscuits were burnt. I hope they was just having an off day or something but I won’t be back for dinner.

waited for 20 minutes and did not get my order. When I asked about it, they said they were working on it, but it turns out they were never even working on it. Horrible service. No one in there gives a single crap. I do not recommend going here—go anywhere else but here. Absolutely horrible service.

Went thru the drive thru, we had to repeat our order 3 times, all we got was 3 different vegetables. Got home which was 20 minutes away & the sizes was wrong so we paid 20 bucks for a wrong order. Told the girl we wanted got sauce & ketchup but she didn’t put any in the bag! Just a awful experience!

The worst experience in every aspect. Want $15 an hour in fast food for what exactly? Got 10 employees at 9am on a Friday morning with people getting out of line to order while the cooks have their music blasting in the back selling 5 hour old burnt biscuits. Awful. Hospitality at a major loss, that’s for sure. Minimum wage effort.

Door dasher here and let me tell you what this is insane! Your hours say your done in closes at 9 you still have people in your lobby and they don’t have their doors unlocked got to the store at 8:20. Kinda crazy how you don’t even follow your own hours when there 4 people behind the counter and people still in the lobby.
