So i decided to eat dinner here tonight when I knew better I should have went home and cooked like I planned to, but I put my trust into this company that only cares about the money and not what they are putting out to the public so I ordered a 3 piece wings with two fixings let’s start with the chicken that was served the meat was completely dehydrated saturated in oil then I was served some teeth breaking seasoned fries and let’s not start on the Cajun pintos shame on y’all I called the company and couldn’t getting anyone on the phone. Only thing I bought was edible was the biscuits almost 20 dollars done the drain I would be a complete fool to put this mess in my body. Serving people things you wouldn’t eat.

Very disappointed with our experience. We ordered an 8-piece family meal and the chicken was undercooked — completely unacceptable and a serious health concern. The manager had very poor customer service and was unprofessional. We ended up having to throw away the entire order. It was so bad I wouldn’t even feed it to my dog. We will not be returning to this Bojangles location.

Went through drive through about a half hour before close and ordered a 5 pc meal with a large mac and cheese with a half gallon of tea and an extra large Mac and cheese.
They said nothing about not having food and gave me dried out chicken tenders, something round crunchy and cold I didn’t recognize and 3 small vacant cheeses. No receipt so no clue what I was actually charged for but just because it is close to closing they should just dump whatever is left in a box and not say anything. By the time I got back to work and found out they were already closed.

I ordered my food through DoorDash and the manager named “Maurice” it was a great deal of help helping me fix my DoorDash order. I’ve had so many complications through DoorDash and I have never experienced great experience as I have done today. Maurice has definitely made my New Year’s even greater I highly recommend this place.

I just want to say that. This is my first experience at Bojangles and as I’m sitting here eating my Mac and cheese I’m at peace. The food has flavor!! The girl at the register (4/19/25 at 2:45pm, I didn’t get her name and I’m shy) is so sweet and brought us our food. You can tell she works hard and has a heart of gold. Thank you for this experience! I think I found my new favorite place to eat. I hope every Bojangles I go to is like this location!

Came thru the drive the around 8-9ish. The manger who was working the drive thru was very rude and very dirty and nasty to me wouldn’t tell me her name had a attitude it was crazy that’s how you treat ur customers after u messed up the order .This isn’t the first time I’ve came to this location most the time I come in the morning before work and the service is great but at night the service is awful and terrible the way the manger runs that shift at night she needs to be demoted.

During 1st shift, December 27, 2025 at 11:30am, I witnessed the caucasian/hispanic team lead make a racial slur. Her exact words were “Danielle, the biscuits are dark like you” “they are your skin color” I was so in shock I had to peek my head over the counter to see who was saying this. That was very ignorant and colorist of her to say. I don’t know why she thought this is OK but it’s not The other workers look very uncomfortable

They have some stupid AI thing that you tell your order to that got my order wrong even though I was clearly speaking. Just wasted my entire lunch because my order has items that I cannot eat. Won’t be going back again. The humans working there are nice tho.

Monday at 3:20pm. Automated drive thru service. Menu was not visible so I couldn’t find what I wanted to order. I had to go by memory. Had to pull up to wait for 2 combos. This is the second bad experience at this location and my last one here. Leadership problem.
