Idk who the young black dude is that works the counter usually. Kinda tall like 5 11. I shoulda got his name. Anyways, everytime i come into that store this young man is amazing. Never once have i not seen this young dude play. Hes there to work and it shows. I visiy my mom here so im not there a crazy amount but last time, he wasnt there and i swear the whole experience was horrible. Young dudes polite, dont talk just works and smiles when needed. Everytime, it dont change with him. Its consistent. Dudes gonna go far in life. Better him manager when yall got him. Like i said, ita different when hes there. Its professional. I thought dude was the manager. 100 percent needs to be. Keep your head up bro. Youre killing it wether you know that or not. Dudes been there for a minute too. gonna go far homie

Stopped by to get multiple sides. . This small fixing cost $2.99. barely more than halfway full.. literally two spoons worth. Large family sites were low also… Called the manager and he said they told him to put one scoop instead of one and a half like they were doing.. visited this store when I just opened and was really impressed.. since I live close I thought I’d be visiting often.. however not if they’re this cheap. should be ashamed of yourselfs.

Just encountered the rudest experience ever this morning. I asked what is on the breakfast menu because the evening menu was the only thing up on the drive through screen so I asked for a small grit bowl with a side sausage and the manager got smart saying they don’t sell grits than I asked what kind of breakfast they sold then she proceeds to say biscuits without naming them or anything to help me place my order so I ordered a small Bo round just to get to window and ask another associate what was on they’re breakfast menu to leaving without my food because the entire staff was just rude and i refuse to spend my money with a business that allows such rudeness to the customer

What impressed me most was how professionally they handled a small mistake with my order. They fixed it right away with no hassle and even checked back to make sure everything was perfect. That kind of service really stands out.

Great fresh food, great service, and the employees remember you. I ride a motorcycle and they always pack my food to make it convenient for me to get it home, on my bike. Best Bojangles I’ve been to in a long time.

The worst experience I had at this place was with the food handling and hygiene. The cashier had long hair that wasn’t tied up, and I actually saw it fall into the food while she was serving customers. On top of that, not a single employee was wearing a hat to prevent hair from getting into the food.
What shocked me even more was that the person preparing the food wasn’t wearing gloves. He served my grilled chicken with his bare hands. I was hungry, so I took a bite, but after remembering what I had just seen, I felt uncomfortable and unwell.
This was very disappointing and raised serious concerns about cleanliness and food safety at this location.

The most rude woman in the world in the drive thru this morning. The tea was absolutely gross! This is sad for a new location to be so bad! Do better!
