The food here is good however….every time we have went there is NEVER a clean table and watched people end their shift and walk out the door come on managers what happen to clean the lobby before you go IF I go back and there is no clean table I will say something done been 3 different times this is a nice place let’s keep it that way

What do Bojangles from my hotel room because it said lobby closed at 9 pm when got here at 830 cashier told me that the lobby was closed due to short of staff obviously, they was not sure of staff asked for a manager. She closed the lobby for the drink machine, being broken poor excuse as me being a general manager, I work at I will have a lot of to say about this situation, especially if the sales are not up. very poor customer service

This Bojangles has been only misses and this time it was a huge miss not only did I spend 10 dollars on the new Bo berry chicken and waffle meal and the only thing good was the drink. The new item was cold the chicken was tough and hard and disgusting, the waffle was cold I was always loved it growing up. Burnt black bacon, greasy inedible eggs, and a 20 minute wait because they forgot about us and everything was cold because we had to wait on them to cook the bacon. Firstly, we had to order via an A.I. assistant at the drive thru and it did not get the order correct. The indoor eating area was closed off due to “staffing issues”. This placed is being run by children that don’t know how to do anything right.

Went last night & got a grilled chicken sandwich combo with dirty rice & order of Bo Berry biscuits…. Head to pull up to wait on fresh Bo Berries which is TOTALLY fine with me, I’d prefer this ! I was given Fries instead but guy brought my rice back out & was totally cool about it…. Food was great…. First time I’ve ate from there since they moved across the street & they did not disappoint!

Went back to this location. All I can say is the manager Jennifer is not paid enough. Me and my grandson came in to place a family order. She explained the wait, being short staffed and would have it as soon as possible. Her attitude is awesome and I didn’t mind the wait. Kudos to the crew working. They did an amazing job for the hand they were dealt. To the general manager, you have a true gem of a manager in Jennifer. Don’t lose her.

I just went to the drive thru and an automated machine took my order. I asked for a chicken sandwich with no pickles add cheese and bacon. It did not read my order back to me but told me my total. Drove to the window, the girl did not verify my order just gave me my total. They handed me my bag of food…no receipt. I just got home and all I have is a plain chicken sandwich. Won’t be doing this again.
