Hot, fresh, delicious! I ordered takeout and the food was satisfying! The chicken had excellent crunchy skin and was flavored to perfection. I highly recommend the sweet potato pies! The mac & cheese was delicious for fast food mac & cheese. Coleslaw was good as well. I definitely recommend this location!

The employees at this location have a complete disregard for your food. I come here bc I live just a few minutes but I’d much rather drive to a different location. The employees here either get your order wrong or they give you your food in such a sloppy way, hence I included pictures of how I got my gracy biscuit today. They were tossed in a bag so the gravy and biscuits all ran to one side on top of that I had to clean up my table bc gravy was all over and it wasn’t even warm and some gravy ran out into the bag. Also, when I’ve asked for something extra or large, they charge you but don’t put it in your bag. The complaints are endless. Needless to say I never have a good experience here anymore. If Hardees served biscuits all day, it would put Bojangles out of business.

I bought 6 biscuits for 19 dollars.. I asked for BBQ sauce and jelly.. and the girl at the window proceeds to give me 2 jelly packs,and tells me BBQ sauce is 27 cents , so now we give 1 star and go to another bojangles now

we waited 40+ minutes for food that we ordered online, and this is what we received. I’ve grown up eating at Bojangles and have always loved their fried chicken, but this is completely unacceptable.

I usually have a good experience here but this time wasn’t the case. We ordered at the window and clearly stated we wanted a breast and leg with our combo and a large Mountain Dew no ice, even repeated it, but once we got to the window they proceeded to give us a medium drink and Breast and wing.. not a big deal it was fixed tho the person at the window did have a slight attitude and tried to tell us we didn’t order that when we did. And to top it off I ordered a 5 piece chicken strip meal and the chicken strips weren’t even strips, more like nuggets and the fries were hard like they were off the bottom of the pan and slightly old. I mean if your running low on chicken please tell us instead of giving us these kinds of portions. The pie that we received was also hard like it had been sitting there for a while or cooked too long. If I had known I wouldn’t have ordered at all….just a poor experience all around and makes me not want to go back.

Did drive thru. Just got a buttered biscuit w extra butter. The biscuits are great, best around but you definitely need the extra butter or it’s too dry. Some places barely put it on and I have to bring it back inside but this location always gets it right

Check your bag! It’s like a little game, each time we check the bag, there’s still something wrong. Are we going to be missing something? Did they charge us for egg and cheese that we didn’t get? Lady at the window didn’t even know what we had. But once we clarified again, she found the order and gave us the wrong biscuit, with the gravy biscuit sideways spilling into the whole bag.
Oh, and NO silverware, napkins, or straws!
