I always like to get the Bojangler fish sandwich when they have it available and I also like getting their egg and cheese biscuit that is available all day. They also have a strawberry treat that I like to take home and add some ice cream with it.

I frequent this Bojangles very often and I’ve never had a problem. My food is always fresh but I absolutely love my interactions with Mr. Michael every time he’s at the window. His customer service and interaction is unmatched. When I speak with him it’s like I’ve known his for years. I just love him and I pray if you visit this location you get to experience him as well. ❤️

Haven’t had chicken in a long time from Bojangles. Decided to come here for world famous chicken. What I received was not what I am used to going from Bojangles. The chicken had just come up and the chicken was burnt and had no flavor and definitely didn’t taste like Bojangles chicken. The rice was overcooked and mushy. The biscuits were hard on the top and when I went to cut the biscuit down the middle half the inside of the biscuit was missing. Very disappointed. Reading from some of the other reviews a change needs to come here before people will not come to this location. I definitely will not be coming back.

My wife and I have been here probably 50 times, with half of those times having a mistake. Drive through attendant forgot to give me a debit card back once, I drove back right afterwards and spoke with a manager. They told me cards that are left are moved to a manager’s office and the office is locked. They were not willing to unlock the office and give me my debit card back.. ultimately had to cancel/replace. We have had at least 20 instances of missing food.. with today having ordered a BLT Chicken Sandwich; I open the box, there is a bun, lettuce and tomato but no chicken.. These people make my wife “pull forward” everytime she goes through the drive through and after 10+ minutes she has to actually go in the building because they always forget about her. Literally trash service. Bojangles food is 10/10 but this location is absolutely trash. Final straw and I’m never coming back.

We were at this location for an hour because they forgot multiple parts of our order. When they did finally give us everything, we ended up with RAW chicken sandwich. When we showed the manager what they’d given to us and requested a refund, she had the audacity to only refund us for the raw sandwich rather than the entire cost of the two meals we ordered. Raw chicken can literally KILL people. I don’t recommend eating here because they might just give you food poisoning. Or worse.

I had a wonderful time at this Bojangles. They had peaceful R and B playing in the dining area. I wasn’t overstimulated with my two toddlers and I was greeted by the staff the moment we entered. I was served by the Manager on duty and she was so delightful. Food was so delicious and fresh.

I was very disappointed in my visit. I haven’t been to one in over 15 years, so I was super excited. The food quality was a joke, hard cold chicken, hard biscuits, and we ordered Mac n cheese and Mashed potatoes but had nothing to eat it with. I will never ever go back to another one.

I ordered breakfast I was told to pull to the side and then they also that there were no napkins. While waiting for 30 minutes I went inside and got napkins. There we’re about six people working inside the store needless to say that they have AI doing orders. The excuse was short staff and no biscuits this was around 900.am.

I couldn’t wait to get back to Blythewood to have Bojangles, as we didn’t have them in Upstate NY. I walked into the lobby and needed attention. Dirty tables, which was odd because multiple staff were at the front counter pick-up area. Anyway, 4 pcs were lukewarm perhaps the heat lamps weren’t working properly I thought? Then my 2nd piece was completely dry on the edges so dry I couldn’t chew. After speaking with my relatives I was told I went to the wrong one, obviously the locals know.

I love Bojangles, but this has to be the poorest example. 4 times in a row I’ve had issues. It never works the way it should. 2 Mobile carry out 1 car side and today thinking that the issue was mobile I ordered inside. On all 4 occasions I was waiting for my food for well over 20 minutes. The time I ordered car side it took 50 minutes from the time I pulled in until the time I left. Someone’s got to fix this, the morning shift lacks any sort of practical organization. My orders are not complex. On every mobile order occasion I’ve had to tell the counter person my order after I’m there to pick it up. It’s a cluster, They do not use the pick tickets properly or just ignore them. They don’t fill orders based on arrival time it’s basically whoever is in their face at the end of the counter. Please fix this place, management needs training or assistance. Today Ordered at 8:57am got food at 9:19. 22 minutes for a steak biscuit meal and a tea. I’m sorry but get it together.
