What a great Bojangles location! This location needs to train all the other locations in Columbia on how to be a fast food restaurant that is clean, friendly and helpful. What a pleasant experience! I was greeted by the manager at the register that had a pleasant team environment in a clean presentable restaurant. My food came out hot fresh and fast. Why can’t all you other Bojangles get it right like this place!?!? For those of you that I’ve stopped going to Bojangles… This is the Bojangles to go to!

I ordered a smoke sausage biscuit with fries. The fries were fresh and hot. The smoke sausage was burnt. I did not complained just put in trash. Some had to look at it before putting it on a biscuit. The cashier was friendly and knowledgeable. The restaurant was clean.

Ordered a finger combo meal tonight. Fingers were overcooked and hard as a rock! Biscuit was hard! And fries were over salted! Coleslaw was so so. Their morning bacon, egg and cheese biscuits are awesome though!

This Morning team is absolutely amazing! This Manger is definitely on top of the process. The way she directs and leads her team is courteous but stern.
All but one staff member is smiling and so polite. The young lady with red hair is such a pleasure.

Why do you people have to be so rude? If you don’t like your job or people then quit. Rude when I got to the window, rude when I asked for an extra sauce. Like $.47 is going to break me. I told you I would pay for extra sauce and you got an attitude for what? I think it might be because of my race. It wouldn’t be the first time I was discriminated against. Do better.

Whoever was in this shift tonight Thursday around 9:15-9:30pm all was amazing, great customer service, all of them! If I can give 10 stars I would. Very difficult to find employees like that in South Carolina. Great job!!!

20211203 stopped by around 5 pm and there was no lines. I asked for 1 leg and 2 thighs, and got 2 legs and a tiny thigh. Oh well. maybe that’s what they have. The chicken was hot, freshed cooked. My dog lives her Bojangles.
20211202 stopped by around 6:45 tonight. More chicken dinner for my pups. The lady at the drive thru was so nice. I love going to Bojangles. All that I have visited consistently have such nice employees!! The chicken is delicious!! Thanks!
20211101 Was here around 7 pm, no lines. The nice man at the drive thru window was so nice. I asked if him to make sure it’s dark meat in the box, and he said that he personally put the chicken in the box. I got back to the hotel… oh my, the dark meat pieces were hot out of the fryer. So freshly cooked. One of my pups love Bojangles and she had it for dinner. Thanks!! I will probably come back before I head home.

I’ve been going here for lunch at least once a week (sometimes twice) since they opened this location. The food has been much better than the older locations around columbia. But today I ordered a 4 piece supreme combo and ended up with 1 decent supreme and the other 2 were obviously old and really small. I paid over $11 for hardly nothing. Very disappointed. And I can’t go back because I only get a 30 minute lunch. Do better bojangles! Please

Its a hit or miss but everytime I order the meal pack that’s advertised for 19.99 after 5 the chicken is always old tasting hard to chew the sides or dry and the biscuits are always hard as a rock. I thought it was a one off occurrence because I would get their biscuit meals and they be fine but not the family pack. I want to give it a higher rating but until they PAY ATTENTION TO THE CHICKENS SITTING TIME (I’ve work in fast food so I know what food looks like when it’s on the heating plate too long)
