Drive through- Oct. 3, 2025 6:30 pm. Order two dinners. One with sides of dirty rice, and slaw, other dirty rice and fries. At pick up, was told “out of dirty rice”. Couldn’t had told me when AI took my order???? No dirty rice, that’s a Bojangles SIN. Substituted mashed potatoes and gravy. Got home and neither order had slaw? Slow service, workers seemed unorganized. Haven’t been to Bojangles in a while, and will never return to this one!!!!

I will never come back. Girls behind the counter literally started fist fighting in the kitchen and screaming at each other. Then one of the girl’s mom’s came in with her bf and someone else threatening to do something to the other girl. She stated she was 15 years old. The manager and another employee came out of the back hugging the mom that was threatening a literal child. The police came and we left but it took a while before one of them called the police. Doesn’t seem like a fair or safe workplace for anyone. It seemed like the girl they were threatening was more in trouble than the girl whos family was threatening her. Weird place. Not to mention the food was so bad for a bojangles. Ive never had an experience like this.

This place is HORRIBLE! I love bojangles, but I will never be back at this one. I got walked past 7 times by a girl named Chelsea who could’ve took my order. One, she had hickeys on her neck. Two, she proceeded to ask me “What you need?” Instead of properly greeting me and asking what can she get started for me. The same thing happened to an older man trying to order too. Fries were supposed to come with his order, and when he went to ask, she said “Gotta pay for them.” And walked away while he was still talking trying to say he did. Food was burnt and not good at all. Poor service all together. Won’t be here again.

I ordered a 2 breast dinner with green beans and Mac and cheese. The service was quick and the food was not bad, but I was never given a drink or a biscuit with my meal. I had to ask for sauces and they did not give me a receipt either. There was no line when I ordered but the customer service was very poor. I want to clarify though that nobody was rude, the workers there just seemed like they didn’t care about their job.

They are supposed to be open and ready to serve customers at 5:30 am. I pulled up at 5:45 am there was only one employee there who was sitting outside she proceeded to holler at me as I pulled up in the drive thru that they were not open. I pull up to the exit and she tells me they are not open I then ask if they still open at 5:30 she said her manager was late. The manager must be late every day they never open at 5:30 and if they do they do not have any food ready before 6am.
