We we ordered and took forever they couldn’t get the orders right then they gave us the wrong orders took those back in she give me a box of something else that I didn’t even ask for so I had to go back in again and tell her that I wanted to two-piece dinners and one three-piece dinner the lady that ended up serving us last was nice and same genuine but the other girl that was there was horrible she was on her phone my aunt in North Carolina said she’d never seen the place look like that before.

My fries were hot, but the chicken tenders had clearly been sitting awhile. The dining area was messy, the floors and drink station were sticky, cluttered, and swarming with flies. Employees in the back should have been maintaining the lobby instead.
The restroom, shared with the convenience store, was so dirty I walked across the street to use another one. I understand things get busy, but restrooms and dining areas should be checked often.
Seeing an “A” health grade on the door was surprising, because the conditions didn’t reflect it. This location needs serious attention from management and the health department.

Smelled bad. Paint supplies on tables, and floors, but noone was working. Work area wasn’t blocked off from customers. They should think about remodeling after hours. Lacks about 20 years of real maintenance.

Pretty standard Southern fare. Good, tasty and greasy as it’s often served anywhere south of the Mason-Dixon line. Restaurant could stand a little bit of TLC in the cleaning department. No concerns about the food but the floor was sticky. Tallboy Coke’s available at the gas station next door.

The food is decent most of the time but baby the employees attitudes leaves a lot to desired smh….. for the life of me I can’t understand why the females employees ALWAYS have an attitude, like no matter how nice you try to be to them the worse their attitudes are. I have NEVER had good customer service there, which is why I try not to go to that location too often.

Alright, about a year ago I tried the sandwich from this place only because I was traveling late. The place is super shady with homeless people, only stop if you have a safety on you. It was the best Bo’s sandwich I’ve ever had.
Today I stopped again, place didn’t change at all and neither did the sandwich. Still the best, totally worth it but please only stop if you have a safety on you. Employees earned my respect for maintaining the standard, city Bo’s gotta learn how they are doing it.

Although the young lady’s customer service was not good and my orange juice was warm, that was the best food I’ve had from a Bojangles lately. The suburbs could NEVER… The moral of the story is to pick your battle. If you want great service, this is the wrong place. If you want great food, check them out! ♀️
