Took at least 25 minutes to get a coffee. One guy in front of me told me he’d been waiting 25 minutes for an order for his family. I observed at least 6 employees. My overall impression is they don’t want to be there along with their lack of customer courtesy.

Used curb side that was a mistake I sat there for 20 minutes after my pick up time which would have been fine if my food wasnt just sitting inside getting cold. When the guy who was very nice came out he said sorry everyone is just sitting around like normal in there and I just noticed you were out here. My food was cold there was no ice left in my tea and I paid for extra sauces that I didnt recieve. Its hit or miss sometimes is great and then there are times like these

I brought my food at about 6 am in the morning. I just don’t understand how the borounds look like they were fried in old grease at 6 am in the morning!! Borounds are supposed to be light brown and crispy; these were greasy and just tasted bad. I ate what I could and threw the rest away. Please do better.

Service at this restaurant has been terrible consistently. I almost never make a review but am making this one in hopes that a manager or owner will se sit and try to improve. Many times I’ve been pulled up for food and forgotten about. This is only one of many problems here. It’s sad because my family enjoys bojangles.

Went last night to get chicken tenders and fries and when I got my food, the french fries were soggy and cold and the chicken tenders were burnt so I decided to give them another try today and I personally asked them to make sure the fries were crispy and the chicken tenders were cooked, right so they made me pull up and I waited for 15 minutes to get my food and when I got my food, the chicken tenders were burnt and the fries were soggy and they forgot our order of french fries too, and I had to wait longer to get them. I don’t understand. How a simple task can be so hard. This Bojangles really needs to do better with their staff and how they prepare food.

I used to hate the AI machine that took my order in the drive thru but when it does a better job than the workers in the restaurant do there’s a problem. Ordered a chicken sandwich meal and a 2 piece white (breast and a leg) with rice. The 2 piece had a thigh instead of a breast and I got my drink but no fries.

For a small order I ended up waiting right at 30 minutes for my food. Finally just parked and went inside to get it. Manager and employees yelling at each other and no help at the front is what came next. Got my food finally and the biscuit was doughy still. Bo rounds were floppy and terrible.

Service is consistently slow. People are nice, but if you are looking for “fast food”, dont stop here.

Stopped to get dinner for the family and received what appears to be adolescent chicken. I assume the timers on the fryers are not adjustable and with how small the chicken is, it was really overcooked as well. Tiny chicken, really overpriced for the size, overcooked, but the fries were OK. Biscuits were really good today. Really disappointed in the chicken. My bad for coming here again. You got us a second time guys, but I promise it won’t happen again.
