I ordered a cajun chicken biscuit with egg and cheese for my son-in-law and got a plain cajun chicken biscuit. I upsized the meal for this biscuit and got bo-rounds instead of fries. If they a live person taking the order instead of a machine, it would have been better. Also, if you had a screen verifying what was ordered at the drive-thru, it would be even better. I have eaten there multiply times inside with no problems. Also, the eat-in dining should be open at 6am. This whole fiasco happened at around 6:15am. Now, I am too far away to go back. It might have been ok if they hadn’t charge me for the egg and cheese addon for the cajun chicken biscuit.

As always, Bojangles pulled through and served me the best BoChicken sandwich. The service was great, and the clerk at the drive-through was very friendly. Fast with the order, nice and hot, just right. Never had I ssues at Bojangles.

The worst service out of any Bojangles I have ever been to. I have showed up about five different weekend mornings just to be told that their employees didn’t show up and that they aren’t open. If you don’t have the employees to be open at 7am like every other fast food place on earth then you need to change your hours so people don’t waste their time going there.

My Team recently had an offsite meeting in Asheville and we arranged a catered breakfast from Bojangles. I had called Susan a few times prior to arranging the pick up and she was more than patient with me and very nice. She and her team helped me provide a great breakfast experience as the food was amazing! Very friendly and professional! I 100% recommend this location! Thank you!

Auto intercom cut me off before I was done ordering. Man at the window knew that (I kept saying I’m not done to no avail) and asked what else I wanted a son as I pulled up. I was telling him the box cut me off and he just walked away. He handed me the food and when I said thanks he closed the window and walked off. Lil attitude the entire time. Some of the biscuits were so crumbly they would’ve been better served in a box than in a wrapper.

Stopped at the Bojangles at 654 Hendersonville Rd, Asheville, NC 28803 before heading to Michael’s MRI and I have to say >>> it was the best experience I’ve ever had at a Bojangles.
The manager Justin was incredibly kind, helpful and on top of everything. His attitude alone made the whole stop feel lighter and less stressful.
Just wanted to give him and that location a well-deserved shout-out!

Please do not go to this Bojangles. It was the most dirtiest place. When my wife and I got back to our room and opened our meal . Our chicken looked 2 days old and tasted 4 days old. Mac and cheese looked just as old . We did try to eat cause we drove 4 and a half hours and my wife and I were very tired. She got sick really bad. This Bojangles needs to be closed

As soon as we walked in, one of the employees — an older lady — was loudly using profanity while talking to another worker. Every other word was an F-bomb, and she didn’t stop even when I approached the counter. When she finally walked up to take my order, there was no “hello” or greeting at all — just more of the same foul language. I ended up walking out before placing an order because it felt extremely unprofessional and uncomfortable. If that’s how the staff acts in front of customers, I can only imagine what the food or service might be like.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. The cashier at the drive thru was so sick coughing and wheezing thankfully she had a mask on. Told me my food would be ready in 3-4 minutes 12 minutes later I couldn’t wait so I left it probably would have made me sick. Bojangles more like Nojangles

Firstly, they charged me for a large dirty rice when I ordered a small. Which came out more of a dirty mush. Secondly, bo berry biscuits came hard as a rock. Thirdly, My cajan filet biscuit came with two bites out of it already disgusting. Only thing edible was the Bo rounds.
