To say I’m severely disappointed is an understatement. Stopped in with my husband (I’ve never been to a BoJangles before and have always wanted to try, but I’ve never seen one in Missouri where I’m from) so he stopped in for me to try it. First off, the girl at the register has the attitude of a wet mop. She did not smile, and frankly acted like she would rather be anywhere else but there. Did not have a customer service attitude in the slightest. We ordered our food and my husband went to the restroom while I tried to find a seat, but every table except 1 was filthy or the chairs to that table were. Finally found a bench seat table that seemed clean so I sat down. I went to the restroom while my husband was getting our food when it was ready, and the bathroom was absolutely disgusting. Upon returning to our table I was getting ready to eat, and my chicken was really dry like it had been made hours prior, biscuit was disgusting, Mac and cheese left a lot to be desired, honestly I didn’t even finish my meal. And while sitting there in disappointment, we started looking around and noticed that the walls had dried sauces and other food on them, as well as the floors and tables. The benches have a space under the backboard which had food lined from one end to the other, and a straw on my side that wasn’t visible if you were standing up. Food down every the line of every window. All in all, my first experience at a BoJangles was a horrible one. I will probably never eat at one again because of this experience. And i was so excited to finally get to try it.

We love the 12 piece Bo-bites with honey mustard dipping sauce, a side, biscuit and a drink (my husband and I shared it. The chicken bites are moist, tender, crispy and not spicy. We often do take-out like today.

Was waiting in line behind someone who presumably ordered the entire menu. Then they let them go away without paying so we had to wait longer and then they charged us for their $39 dollar order! The people in front of us just got to leave without paying while we had to STILL pay for our food! Not coming here again thanks!

They have never once gotten my order correct. Staff are friendly enough but they must be severely understaffed because my order both comes out slowly and is wrong every time. Also, their soda tastes like the fluoride treatment you get at the dentist. Go somewhere else instead until this place gets their act together.

Ordered Bo’s chicken sandwich with zero requests to change from the menu description. I received no sauce or pickles on the sandwich just a small piece of chicken between bread. Attempted to call store to inform them without having to leave a negative review. Rang for 3 minutes then just an automated voice saying “goodbye” and was hung up on.

Came at 11am and took a few minutes to decide what we wanted to order. Gave our order to the cashier and he then told us it would be 12-15 minutes wait because they didn’t have any chicken made. How does a chicken restaurant not have any chicken made at 11am? He tried using the excuse that there were only 2 employees.

Went drive through. We were having trouble with the AI ordering, so an employee took over and gave excellent customer service. The person at the window (Matt?) took extra time to make sure our order was completely accurate.
