Outstanding service. I came in to or 2 family meals to feed about 17 people. Kelly, the woman working the counter was awesome. She guided me through the family meal options, had fresh chicken cooked, hooked me up with cups, plate, napkins and other accessories. Their team was working really well together. It was busy after I ordered and they all helped each other out. Great teamwork. Everyone looked happy. Thanks for making our Christmas meal better!!

If I could give this place a zero I would. This is the second time I have went there placed an order for two-piece dark meal with two sides and a drink. My order has been wrong. I drive 20 minutes back to the house open my box up only to find something I did not order or something’s not in there. Or even worse, some dried up chicken. Call to make a complaint about it. Went to the restaurant to make a complaint about it. Oh by the way they need your receipt but they never gave you a receipt either trip. That’s my fault for not requesting my receipt. Word of advice, go to KFC in Landrum if you want some chicken. Now it’s been two meals that I didn’t get to eat when everybody else in my family got something to eat. They had enough common sense to not go to Bojangles in Columbus.

Excellent Grilled Chicken Sandwich and incredibly helpful, customer service oriented folks. The Sandwich was FAR better than the one I had at Zaxby’s earlier this week and a much better price. The service was the best I’ve had in a fast food restaurant in years. Great experience. I’ll be back. (And there’s breakfast all day long!) Thanks!!

I Love Bojangles. You cannot go wrong with the Chicken supreme Combo with Honey Mustard Dipping Sauce. Always Fire. Chicken comes out Hot and Fresh. Dinning area is clean and well stocked. 100% The Best Fast Food Company in existence right now. Wesley should be the manager.

I came to this Bojangles location yesterday morning & got a Chicken Supreme Combo. It was prepared fresh & was super hot, I loved it! I don’t mind to wait a minute or two if the good is actually being cooked. I can’t stand to go to McDonald’s & wait to get cold, stale food. This is another Bojangles location that I will frequent when in the area. Glad I stopped in & got great food & great service. I definitely will return & recommend. Hopefully my next visit is a repeat & this want just a fluke !

This is the best Bojangles I’ve ever been too. Wonderful and friendly service. The bathrooms were very clean. And the interior was beautiful and decorated for Christmas. Seriously one of the nicest fast food places I’ve been in.
