This store was one of my regular places to eat between college and high school, but over the last year it’s really went down hill. I ordered fries, they were rock hard, my biscuit was still uncooked in the middle, and in my chicken I found a long hair in the breading. Understanding they are short staffed, the staff that was there was unmotivated due to the manager on shift. The short older man, who’s constantly raising his voice at these employees. I wouldn’t want to be there either. The only reason I’m even giving this store 2 stars, is because the staff under the manager was respectful and even apologized for the 15 minute wait, and even apologized for the managers attitude, the sweet tea was good though.

If you want crispy, juicy tender go somewhere else! Spent $38 and had to throw the Chicken Strips away! The thing is I know when they were putting my strips in the box that they knew they were wrong for this!!!! There is no way they couldn’t! Cold, hard and dry cut the roof of my mouth up! What a waste of money after working 12 hours. Gave a 1 star but didn’t deserve that! Posting a picture with a fork in it to show the scale of how tiny and shriveled they are! What a disappointment!

Terrible. Never go. If you have a problem such as being charged too much they will laugh in your face and walk away, and upon approaching a manager she will tell you that you were the one being disrespectful instead of the one disrespected. I forgot that great customer service does not start with a greeting smile but instead not a care given about your or your service. Sorry for supporting your checks at the end of the day, it won’t happen again.

Spending a few nights in Brevard and staying next door at the Holiday Inn. On 3 occasions I have tried to walk over there to eat breakfast, each time finding the dining room closed due to staff shortages. This evening thought I’d just “walk thru the drive thru” to get chicken for my dinner, but they closed at 5pm!! I’m a huge Bojangle’s fan, but this is just absolutely ridiculous.

This is guaranteed to be your slowest dine-in experience ever. The kid that runs the inside register acts like it’s his first day, every day. He has no sense of urgency, or how to prioritize needs. If there’s more than one person standing in line, your best bet is to go through the drive-through and then bring your food inside.

Holy cow, this place was filthy. I wanted to leave about 3 seconds after walking in the door, but my husband was determined to have chicken for dinner. We waited about 10 minutes before we were even acknowledged as standing in front of the cash register. Then I saw a server, take the scoop out of the rice, give it a shake, and then scoop out my cole slaw with it. I will never return…if my husband wants chicken he is on his own.

Lettuce wasn’t just wilted it was black and soggy. Took it off and found fuzz on my cheese most likely from a black apron the cook was wearing. The service has been less than stellar majority of the time I have been there. I like their chicken but unfortunately I won’t be returning any time in the near future.
