I work at a place as many in Brevard NC that has 30 minute lunch. All I here on radio is bo rounds so it got me in the mood. I get making to order but only fries is made beforehand. This has happened before then dropped the tray of bo rounds now almost 15 minutes wait forgot to make them. I’ll have to go back tomorrow because they don’t have away to refund my money. I would like the manager and corporate to be involved in this and maybe just maybe get something resolved.

There has been 2 times recently that this Bojangles has charged me for more on my card without telling me at checkout, and shorting me 5+ dollars when I pay with cash, only to make me wait 20+ minutes while they counted their whole drawer. And the chicken always seems like it has been sitting for days. I’ve just given up on this location for good. Good luck to your digestion if you eat here

I once was told at the drive through to wait at a Parking spot even though no one was behind me. I waited and waited, I would see cars get their food and leave 30 min past by and I would see employees outside on a smoke break. I was beyond upset. I got down and asked what’s taking long. The establishment forgot about my order and had no recollection of me ordering. I showed them my receipt so another 30 minutes went and my food was finally ready. At home after I opened my family dinner the food was terrible.

I want to give a shoutout to the manager and one of the employees. My car overheated in the drive thru line. They came out, in the rain, helped me get my car into neutral and push the care into a spot out of the way of traffic. They went above and beyond to help me. Even after waiting for the car move, my food was still fresh and tasty.

I’m here Sunday afternoon at 4pm and have to wait 25 minutes for fried chicken to be fried because they have no chicken at a chicken joint. I was told 15 minutes but it’s now been 25 minutes. It’s super dirty as well

We stopped by with our high school ball team (14 people) at 8:55 on a Friday night. As we got off the bus to walk in they locked the door on us. That’s about as poor of service as a business can get. I would give them a zero if possible.

Holy cow, this place was filthy. I wanted to leave about 3 seconds after walking in the door, but my husband was determined to have chicken for dinner. We waited about 10 minutes before we were even acknowledged as standing in front of the cash register. Then I saw a server, take the scoop out of the rice, give it a shake, and then scoop out my cole slaw with it. I will never return…if my husband wants chicken he is on his own.

This store was one of my regular places to eat between college and high school, but over the last year it’s really went down hill. I ordered fries, they were rock hard, my biscuit was still uncooked in the middle, and in my chicken I found a long hair in the breading. Understanding they are short staffed, the staff that was there was unmotivated due to the manager on shift. The short older man, who’s constantly raising his voice at these employees. I wouldn’t want to be there either. The only reason I’m even giving this store 2 stars, is because the staff under the manager was respectful and even apologized for the 15 minute wait, and even apologized for the managers attitude, the sweet tea was good though.

If you want crispy, juicy tender go somewhere else! Spent $38 and had to throw the Chicken Strips away! The thing is I know when they were putting my strips in the box that they knew they were wrong for this!!!! There is no way they couldn’t! Cold, hard and dry cut the roof of my mouth up! What a waste of money after working 12 hours. Gave a 1 star but didn’t deserve that! Posting a picture with a fork in it to show the scale of how tiny and shriveled they are! What a disappointment!
