So me and a gentleman i know quite closely decided to run through the bojangles off 64 and near i-40. now i gotta say the chicken tenders were quite amazing. the fries were okay. little over cooked but still edible. now lemme tell you, this biscuit in my 4 piece supreme was quite literally the worst thing i have ever seen. it was hard as rock. now i have seen some bad biscuits in my lifetime before but this, this was just horrible. i took one bite and knew im gonna need some water. it was so dry. i took one bite and the whole thing turned into powder in my seat. this is by far the worst thing i’ve ever put in my mouth.
anyways, i will be coming back and as long as the biscuit ain’t like the sahara dessert and the chicken and fries are the same it will be worth my money.

I see a lot of bad reviews. My experience was different! I was greeted kindly, cashier and workers were pleasant and in a good mood! I did go at 8am so that might have played a part. I ordered the butter biscuits, which were phenomenal I encourage you to try going into places and environments with a open positive mind set, sometimes if your negative. Went through the drive-thru and had to pull up and wait for my order, which was fine. The lady who brought the food out was very polite but looked almost in tears and apologized for being short-staffed — I actually felt bad for her. The real issue was with my drink. After finishing most of my sweet tea, I noticed a lot of debris in the bottom of the cup. Some looked like tea grains, but some appeared to be mildew or mold. That’s unacceptable, and unfortunately, I won’t be returning to this location.

THIS PLACE IS AN ABSOLUTE JOKE
I placed a curbside order at 5:06, got a notification it was ready at 5:14, and pulled into the curbside spot at 5:15. I then sat there for 35 minutes like an idiot waiting on food that was apparently just sitting inside the whole time. I watched an employee walk right past my car to deliver someone else’s order, look straight at me, and then go back in without a second thought. Nobody ever came out. Not once. When I finally went inside at 5:50, my food was sitting there cold and forgotten. It was handed to me with no explanation or apology.
This was hands down one of the laziest, most careless crews I’ve ever encountered. If no one wants to do their job, take down the curbside option. Do better, Bojangles.

Regardless of what peoples opinions are I had a great lunch! Great hospitable employees, very down to earth and I was very surprised to see no cell phone use while serving customers!! Well done TEAM!!

What in the world is going on at this Bojangles? Is there even a manager? If not, the need one desperately. If so, they need a new one. We just went through the drive thru. The staff was yelling and dancing we could hear it through the closed drive thru window. Of course, they messed up our order. Imagine that.

They left the fries out of the bag and when I went back in to get my fries they were mushy 3/4 of the way full and I ordered a family size fry and my husband ordered a gravy biscuit and got a piece of a biscuit and a half of another biscuit didn’t even get a whole biscuit. Also I ordered a bacon egg and cheese biscuit and at ordered extra bacon with it the bacon was floppy and the biscuit was so breezy that it was on my hands from the outside of the wrapper along with the fact that the egg was mushy and falling off of it and the cheese look like it was from a week ago.
