Typically, Bojangles is a solid choice for fast food, with tasty traditional fried chicken and consistently satisfying sides—aside from the macaroni and cheese, which sometimes misses the mark. This time, I decided to try something different and ordered the Bo Rounds, macaroni and cheese, and hot wings. Unfortunately, the experience didn’t live up to my expectations.
When I arrived, the restaurant was empty, yet it still took about 20 to 25 minutes to receive my order. While I appreciated that they made the chicken wings fresh, they turned out to be disappointingly slimy and lacked any crispiness—surprising for something just cooked.
The macaroni and cheese was also underwhelming compared to what I’ve had here before. It seemed to lack flavor, and perhaps a touch of seasoning or a cheesy topping could elevate it, as it currently feels a bit bland. On a brighter note, the Bo Rounds were perfectly cooked as usual.
The staff was friendly, and the restaurant was reasonably clean, but the long wait time and disappointing food quality would make me hesitate to return. If I had stuck with their traditional fried chicken, I probably would have been happier, but with this experience, I’m not sure I’ll be back anytime soon.

This is a good chain with excellent food and a not bad drive-thru. I’ve been getting take out here for about 2 years and have not experienced the slow service that others complain of.
I’ve ordered everything from breakfast, to a single meal, to a giant family box and so far, nothing has been missing. The food has been delicious, fresh and hot. The workers manning the drive-thru have been pleasant and courteous.
I have not been inside, preferring to grab and go.
The parking lot is clean.

I stopped in at this Bojangles yesterday while traveling back home from Gatlinburg TN. We used the drive through that is controlled by AI and it was surprisingly the most pleasant part of the experience. We got to the window and was “not greeted” by Ashley… she barely spoke to us at all and had the worst attitude ever. When asking for condiments she half rolled her eyes, sighed and closed the window fast, stopping it from slamming just at the last second. We didn’t check the bag until we were a few miles down the highway. We ended up being short one side? My side was wrong, my wife’s drink was wrong. My son’s kids meal was wrong and they did not give any spoons for the mac and cheese we actually got. We stopped in around 8 PM and the store was not busy. Very bad experience!!

Absolutely terrible! It’s bad enough I have to repeat my order to the robot multiple times, but when I repeated it to an employee and manager on duty my order was still not right. The attitude that came from the manager was ridiculous, laughing in a customers face at your fault is not how you run a restaurant. I work in the food industry so I understand that things can be confused and mixed up but after having to redo my order three times and it was still not right I mean are we joking? Also not to mention inside the store was filthy, the floor hadn’t been swept there was tea all over the counter, unwiped tables, did not see anyone wearing gloves while handling food and I could keep going. The food was terrible as well this has got to be one of the worst locations. I left here with my order still wrong and pissed off!! 2/11/26 @7:24 to 7:56

From the “employees” playing on the tables in the dining room to the attitude at the window. I’m at a loss of why they are even open. Ordered 2- 5 piece supreme combos… only to get just the chicken.. no fries..

This is an original store. The biscuits were melt in your mouth! The nuggets and chicken were cooked perfectly. This is the first time in years that the biscuits had the perfect amount of butter on top. The ones we have used before have no butter on top! I’m broken down in my motorhome and was so impressed with the people taking the order and cooks, well chefs because the food was perfect! I recommend this bojangles to everyone!

Ordered from the drive thru. Realized when I got to the window the order was incorrect and I told the cashier. The Manager stated “fine time to say something” in a very sarcastic and rude way. It took everything I had not to start cursing at the window. I see now why the ratings for this establishment are so low. This visit was around 12:50 pm on Sunday, November 9th.

I am disgusted! I should have checked my bag, but I was on my way to work and gave them the benefit of the doubt I was wrong. The biscuit was hard. The bo rounds were cold. How does this establishment get away with servant such undesirable food?

We came through the drive through and were told 4 minutes left on the bo berry biscuit. We were ok with that so we pull forward to wait, Not 4 or 5 but 15 minutes. They bring us out the food, without the bo berrys we were waiting for. Ok, a little annoying but whatever. Go back in to get them and was treated like we were the problem. We leave and make it home with the food. Missing ranch that we had to pay for, And a side of Mac n cheese. 20 minute experience total and still was missing food. This sucks.
