Terrible customer service. I have come through the drive through and in person it does not matter. The breakfast is not worth waiting for. Requested made to order and still received rock hard biscuits with cold country ham and cheese. I believe the fries were refried. Do not recommend this particular Bojangles!

Our East Duplin women’s basketball team stopped in around 8:30 Tuesday night. Your staff was wonderful and got our good prepared so that we could get back home. In particular, Damien and Maysin were awesome, friendly, and helpful.

Alas, lend me thine ears, for I bring a tale of valor, poultry, and grievous discourtesy.

Through snow and biting wind did I travel, a lone wanderer upon a frozen path, boots damp, nose numbed, spirit unbroken, all in pursuit of humble sustenance from Bojangles. Each step was a trial, each gust a foe, yet onward I pressed, for hunger is a tyrant and biscuits a worthy prize. I came not as a mere customer, but as a warrior returned from battle, deserving warmth, or at the very least, basic decency.

What greeting met this frost worn pilgrim. Faces long as winter nights and voices sharp enough to shave steel. The workers bore the look of souls personally offended by my existence, as though my request for food were a crime most foul. Sighs were loosed with such drama I feared I had interrupted a royal council, not a shift behind a counter.

And behold, the managers, those self crowned rulers of this fried domain. They strutted about with the confidence of kings and the charm of locked doors. Leadership, it seems, had been mistaken for glaring from afar while others flounder. A kind word from them would be rarer than a sunny day in a stormy play.

The chicken, I confess, was crisp and well seasoned. Yet the welcome was colder than the snow through which I marched to obtain it. Thus did my feast taste not of triumph, but of mild disappointment and strong side eye.

Mark me well. If a man must cross wintry lands for thy food, greet him not as a nuisance, but as the legend he is.

Food is hit or miss at this location, I guess it depends on what crew is working AND
What’s up with the guy that is wearing the gardening gloves?
I have seen this guy for months with what i hope is unapproved gloves serving food….how has management not forced him to comply with safety rules, REALLY, im sure serving food with the same gloves you drive with or pick flowers with can’t be sanitary, shame on management

Newer restaurant and plenty of parking. Driveway is at a stoplight which is important for that area.
This location can have a wait time because of the amount of customers.
All our food was hot and fresh. The staff was very nice and helpful.

Ok this is definitely not a grade of the customer service because they were awesome, attentive, polite and entertaining BUT the food quality??? Actually my sandwich(pictured) was an absolute disappointment… this looks like a $2 Sonic special, not the usual Bojangles sandwich im accustomed to. It was so small they used a roma tomato instead of a regular tomato . I was very disappointed not to mention still very hungry…

Just my opinion
Waited a long time for our order. Four people who ordered after us was given their orders before us. Other than the wait, everything was nice.

First off let me say, I am ecstatic that one finally opened so close to our house. The closest had been 30 miles, give or take.

The Good: quality food, decent prices, easy location to access.

The bad: service is a little slow & amount of people. It’s better when tourists are gone.

Cheddar Bo and Cajun Filet are still my favorites and the sweet tea is some of the best around.

It seems like there’s never a really good time to get fresh food apparently.
I go after work and the pulled pork would be super dry and hard. Tenders would be soaked in grease.
So j go for lunch and to my amazement the pork was juicy and fresh. To bad the chicken tenders looked like nuggets and the same ol soaked grease look.
When your owned by a brand and they give you complete step by step fail proof instructions and you still mess up.
Ever wonder why they have been around this long? Its because the have tried and true instructions.
Obviously this is not the case in cedar point.

Food was great, nice and hot… Gave me all the energy I needed to be able to work two jobs… “Marc Daigle Reptiles” takes a lot of energy… Then you can wind down after a hard day and enjoy painting a beautiful canvas at “Wine and Design” in Jacksonville…
