My husband picked up food from this establishment tonight and I bit in and the chicken was completely RAW inside and they didn’t give us everything we ordered. I did get a refund but I don’t think that’s satisfactory for something that can make me extremely sick. The staff needs to be completely retrained if they can’t leave chicken in a deep fryer for long enough to cook it.

Ordered an 8 piece tailgate box today. When I got home, I opened it and got 4 pieces of actual bone in chicken and a few chicken tenders. I paid $30 or more dollars for this box, and got half of something I didn’t even order. Ridiculous.

I went into Bojangles today to pick up an order for a customer, as I am a DoorDash driver, the manager Kerri was so rude and unprofessional. This is not my first encounter with her. Every time I come into Bojangles, I have always ignored her behavior, but today it was taken too far. I asked her to be sure to add the extra honey, mustard sauce, and make sure there was three pieces of chicken in the customers order as he called me on the phone while I was in Bojangles to let me know that they had been missing from his last order. When I asked the question, she got extremely irate and yelled she always goes by the tickets. I watched her prepare the order and did not include the items that the customer paid for. I asked her to put the honey mustard sauce in with the order and she forgot. When I asked for the honey mustard sauce she slammed it on the counter and yelled she always follows the ticket and if the customer didn’t receive their order that they wanted, they could call and get a refund. She also explained to me that DoorDash was not a priority as far as orders go. I waited over 20 minutes for the order and even had DoorDash call me being concerned about the time I had been at the store. This women was yelling and irate with a store of customers some being children all because I wanted to double check an order and make sure it was correct for my customer. She doesn’t need to be working at any customer service position if she can’t control her emotions.

Had the worst experience ever at Bojangles!! Stayed a very lo g ti.e in drive thru. I was the only car in drive thru. They eventually gave me some of my order then asked me to park for the rest. I looked at what was in the bag and the fries were old and hard. The sandwich was old and the bread was hard and not toasted. I was not about to pay for that!!! I demanded a refund. I will NEVER go back to this spot!!. I made sure not to stop nowhere in Richlands because of thst disgusting food they tried to serve me

Wont answer the phone and I ordered a little bit ago, my chicken wasn’t fully done, my dirty rice was a greasy mess and my drink that was supposed to a sweet tea was unsweetened! I will be going up there TONIGHT and I want a refund or my whole order remade!

Hello so after reading the first 5 reviews. I’m actually shocked that Carrie Menger the night manager still is even employed here. She is absolutely the rudest person I have ever encountered here at the Richlands location. Normally the morning shift are always so nice and sweet. Tonight I decided to grab dinner after basketball. They pull me to the side to wait on my food/biscuits. They finally bring me everything 15 mins later. I drive home about 25 mins.. I open my food and there’s no sauce. That I specifically ask the worker when she brought me my food. So I drive back & I walk in. And immediately Carrie looks me up and down with the stankest face. Asks me how can I help you. I tell her how I didn’t get my sauce with my food. And this isn’t the first time. About 2 weeks ago I didn’t get my sauce again. But they’re quick to charge you for an extra sauce. Anyways she asks me what sauce was it. I tell her. But then I tell her I want my food replaced completely because now it’s cold and I still have to drive home. She rolls her eyes. Grabs the box and chucks it so hard into the trash can. At this point I don’t even want the food anymore. So I let her know she can actually just refund me. Because I don’t need this attitude. I don’t need to be treated like crap. When her employees messed up my food. She is not pissed pissed. Tells me “she can’t stand customers like me”. Not sure what’s that supposed to mean? Customers who want their food correct the first time. Or customers who are Hispanic. She continued yelling and going off. Telling me she’s going to call her boss etc. which is cool I contacted corporate. And from the looks of the reviews I’ll be making sure corporate sees these reviews as well. She needs a new job. Maybe one from home. Because her attitude stinks! She doesn’t need to work in a place with customers.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. First the lady in here named Cary if the most unprofessional person I have ever met. Loud obnoxious and extremely rude. I order here and door dash here and if you ask her anything it’s like she takes offense to it. I don’t know how she is still employed here. There has not been 1 time I have waited less then 15 min for an order while she is working.

Manager very rude. They said her name is Cary. We deliver with door dash first and foremost she hung up on our customer when he called to tell her they messed up his order. When we go back to store to get order replaced manager then gets a attitude with us telling us that we ate the customer food and she put it all in the bag.

Ordered from drive thru on 9/1/24 around 7 am, lady at speaker and window was nice. That’s where the good stops. Asked for a cheddar bo combo with fries and a sweet tea. Biscuit was off centered and smushed so all the cheese was spread flat on aluminum and burnt. Only one bite was edible. Fries were stale and cold. Tea was mid. 2nd time trying this location and both have been disappointing.
