Went an bought a family variety feast (serves 8) comes with 8 pc chicken (2wings, 2 legs, 2 thighs, 2 breasts), 12 supremes, 3 picnic sides (Iordered potatoes and gravy, mac and cheese, and a picnic fry), 4 biscuits, 1/2 gal tea.
What we got was 6pc chicken (1wing, 2 legs, 2 thighs, 1 breast), 9 very small chicken tenders (the size of my index finger or smaller), 3 individual sides of potates equal to 2 tsp serving (I measured), 3 individual sides of mac and cheese equal to 1 tsp each (I measured), 5 individual sides of gravy with only 2 tsp in each cup (again I measured), 5 biscuits and a picnic fry half filled with tiny hard ends and pieces of cold fries.
I tried to call to talk to a manager until close. NO ANSWER! I’ve had it with this store. Planning to either use another better store or another chicken company.

Thieves. Manager took my receipt after asking for it to give a refund then wouldn’t give the refund and balled up my receipt. We were visiting NC last week for a few days and the treatment was very shocking. I decided to take a few photos of him for proof of the situation. Closing is at 9, the day before I saw a hand written note that they’d close at 7, yet even then they closed prior to that. It seems I was the last customer server and what I was given wasn’t even eatable so I swung around in the drive thru to be ignored and told to “just close the window on her”. Completely disrespectful and unnecessary. In the photo the heavy guy is the one who was rude, asked for my receipt, tried giving me a few dollars and when I wouldn’t except that as a refund (less than what I paid) he refused to hand back my receipt. The white car is mine but in front is an employees SUV blocking cars from coming to the window. I simply walked up to the window since I just had gotten my food, checked it, swung around the drive through to ask for my food to be corrected.

Chicken was delicious, my fault for not checking my order. I ordered dark and white 3 piece and got nuggets instead also the female bathrooms needed attention. Nothing has been done in over half day as we construction workers used the needed facilities. Return the next day because of work, ate and used the men’s room and of course the bathroom was a complete disaster and clogged too. Very unsanitary.

Food prices have gone up. Customer service and food quality has gone down considerably. Side containers are only filled half way. Fries are cold. Chicken tastes as if it has sat all day.

Received a raw sandwich then when I went to get a refund the register worker gave me nothing but attitude and the manager was no where to be found. I was also ignored by every employee.

If I could put zero i would so my husband went to bojangles tonight bc we both got off late from work I make my plate and dig in as anyone else would and look what I found a nice red area not even fully cooked my appetite is gone 🙁

While the service was great, the food was pretty mid. My team said it reminded them of basically Popeyes chicken. No offense to the establishment it was just our first time eating at the chain. I hope next time is better

Bojangles on piney green’s food is ALWAYS great staff always friendly and quuck.its rare that I may have to wait to receive my order. I will say the service is faster indoors most times as it is through the drive-thru.
