STOP SELLING OLD FRIES ON NIGHT SHIFT. The one time I come in after work to get food. I got a supreme meal, chicken, fine, but the fries was terrible. I don’t know if they’re just blanching them over and over again, or they just not dropping fresh batches. But my fries were overly hard, barely any were edible. Not to make matters worse but the lady before me was complaining about how small the chicken is compared to other bojangles…not sure what’s up with that but it was evident.

It is far too often to not say something. Most of the time when I get the fries, it’s a mixture of older fries and newer fries, and they’re not even warm. They’re tea, like so many other places in Jacksonville and other areas doesnt even tastes like tea anymore, It’s more watered down colored water than tea, and this has become the normal for most businesses. Whatever happened to quality products, it truly doesn’t seem to be a thing in restaurants anymore. I ordered a smoked sausage biscuit. And this is exactly what it looked like when I received it and unwrapped it. I know bojangles is supposed to put butter on the top of their biscuits and this biscuit was a little overcooked and there was no butter. About 2 weeks ago I went through and I ordered boberry biscuit and the dough in the middle was not even cooked. Adjust the outside edge was cooked the entire middle was still dough. Please get your a game back and do better because I know you can.

Ordered a Cheddar Bo and it was clearly old. Had to go inside and the manager ( I believe GM or Assistant) offered to make another and told me it would be 5 minutes for a fresh one. I was a little irritated but decided it was fine and I asked to add another biscuit. I felt that I should have been offered another biscuit for a discount or on the house for having to get out of my car, come inside, and wait 10 minutes for a biscuit with cheese; which is delicious but 10 minutes??

Don’t usually have issues with bojangles but today was just not it. — fries are so salty I couldn’t finish them, my biscuit was burnt, and my drink was flat :/ really only good part was the chicken.

Considering the fact that this is not the first time, I have had an issue with this location, it saddens me that I am yet again
experiencing another issue. I told myself that I would never return back to this location, however, out of pure convenience is the only reason why I went back to this location. On December 20, 2023, about 10:30am, I placed an order through the drive-through for two made to order cheddar bo biscuits, and two egg and cheese biscuits. I paid for my order and was asked to pull up to the white line for my cheddar bo biscuits. After about 7 minutes, a young man came to my car and brought me the bag. I did not check the food until I got home. One of the two cheddar bo biscuits were fresh. The other cheddar bo biscuit that was not fresh had hair inside of the aluminum foil. I noticed that they did not give me a receipt so I did not return back to the location plus with the Christmas holiday. But I want everyone to know about this experience. Please check your food. I wish I could give this location zero stars. This is completely unacceptable. What if my child would have consumed this?

Went this morning and my order was perfectection. Everything was piping hot and fresh. The person who took my order was very sweet and polite. I couldn’t ask for better service or food. Best Bojangles in the area! Keep up the great work! A+++

I had been craving the Bo chicken sandwich for a couple days. It had been a long week, so I decided to treat myself to one… waited patiently in the Drive-Thru for 15 minutes. Finally got my order got all the way home sat down to relax pulled out my sandwich, took one bite . It was like a dried piece of shoe leather that was burnt. I was stunned! And furious! I had to get back in my car drive back to the Bojangles rant at the drive-thru, they didn’t have any more chicken sandwiches. So I had to settle for chicken tenders. If you can go to another Bojangles I would say do it, just bypass this one. They have crazy hours you don’t know if they’re open or closed you don’t know what kind of food you’re going to get so don’t bother.

Stood at the register for 10 mins in a empty slow store full of employees with no help from no one the co manger gianna was 2 busy playing with coworkers talking about outside of work stuff I get it though a bunch of minimum wage people that could care less about their job I’m glad I was getting someone else food you could not pay me 2 eat at this raggedy store

Rarely get a correct order at this location. Just today I ordered 2 cinnamon twists with extra icing. This is far less than the normal amount of icing, it’s like they do it on purpose to mess with customers.

I went through the drive-through and ordered unsweet tea. Got home about an hour later took a sip out of the jug in that was sweet tea. Can’t get a hold of anybody because the phone number keeps going to a fax machine.
