my husband went through the drive through and orders 2 sausage egg cheese biscuits and a steak biscuit combo. as he was starting to order the young man in the drive through taking orders rudely interrupted him. service was extremely slow. they were not busy, when he gets home the biscuits are falling apart where they just threw them together and threw them in the bag. the papers they were wrapped in super greasy. the food was fresh and hot BUT the order wasn’t correct. we had 2 steak biscuits( not what my husband wanted) and 1 sausage egg and cheese

Horrible place, the guy at the window was disrespectful about getting my order wrong and when i told him to just take it off he refused and insisted on fixing it and changed his attitude but then he has me say it over again and i pull up to wait and the manager brings my food out and was quick to turn around and all i had to do was look in the bag and see that it was wrong again so i told the manager and then when i got what i ordered it was cold. Smh

I love Bojangles, but this one was bad. The food tasted good, but the service and atmosphere were terrible that day. This is how an individual serving of Mac and cheese was served. It was packed in the wrong size container, and there were approximately 3 “sporks” full.

This Bojangles is always busy!! And the lobby is always full of old people who have nothing better to do but to stare at everybody that comes in and gossip about nothing. The food prices are higher than most other Bojangles. Not sure why, because it’s in the middle of nowhere.

The lady that waited on us was kind and friendly, the shift was changing, alot of chatter and less attention to the customers. A young girl stood in the back in plain view and played in her hair, in the kitchen and got an attitude because I said something, just rude In her wrong!

This place is actually the epitome of sorry. I sat in line for 15 minutes until I got to the ordering box, then i waited another 10 to get to the window. When I got there they informed me they can’t take tap to pay as it’s company policy. I have been to every other bojangles around and have always been able to use tap to pay with no issues, but whatever I work customer service so I get it. I had to go inside and wait another 5 minutes to be able to pay, mind you my food sitting here getting cold while im dealing with all this. When I got to the car and checked my food, I had no sauces at all, my “sweet” tea might as well have been unsweet, the lid wasn’t pushed down on either cup, i had no straws, no napkins, and my fries were cold. So I went inside and resolved that, no one apologized, no one took accountability or nothing. At this point im just glad I got my food. So all in all I spent 21 dollars on food with wasn’t fit to eat, I had to spend 40 minutes to get when it should have taken five, and my order wasn’t correct after all that. Please don’t waste your time or money coming here. They don’t care about their paying customers who they literally wouldn’t be able to keep the doors open without. Just stop to the gas station to hold you over until you can find something worth eating and you’ll be better off.
