Took 30 mins for food. Stood at the counter asking for help and where my food was! Watched 3 families order after me and they got there’s first. Small light skin girl with braids and her silver air pod maxes walked around talked to the guy and laughed when they realized they didn’t make the food. She then began making it but after 30 mins of waiting!!!! Then to laugh was not good customer service at all !! Didn’t end up getting the food just left horrible

Odd layout inside, no trays for dine in and the speaker for the drive thru was playing inside and was so loud it interrupted our conversation. Biscuits were dry and the frying oil must have been old based on the taste of the chicken.

I’ve been to many bojangles over the years, and this one is by far the best. We went for breakfast around 10am and our food was fresh and hot. Best biscuit I’ve had in a while. Service was a little slow, but I’m willing to wait for a good meal

I never eat here but every once in a while because I do not eat fried chicken. I always get the grilled chicken combo. Everytime I go past 9pm even through they are open till 10pm they tell us the grill is off for the night do you not close at 10 that’s when the grill should be turned off! Tonight we went at 9:15pm I ordered a grilled chicken club with just cheese! And paid almost $8.00 for only a sandwich! We went through the drive thru and they were already cleaning up to get out of there. I got my sandwich and there was just a bottom bun a cold piece of grilled chicken and my cheese was stuck to the top of the carton. I didn’t even get a top bun! I did not have my phone to take pictures of it! My husband went inside and told them and they gave him another sandwich that was in edible. I took pictures of that one! The children who work there don’t want to work and heaven forbid they offer a refund! I will be calling their corporate office tomorrow morning!

Absolutely WORST bojangles around… came thru drive thru order 2 of the 3 piece supreme boxes. I did not get my biscuit… (last time I came thru my biscuit was FLAT AND HARD AS A ROCK) & my spouse’s biscuit is damn near burnt and hard as a rock… but let me just mention how those kiddos inside were playing around, had their phones out on the floor, pants were sagging so yes undergarments were showing…(I work fast food as well) VERY UNACCEPTABLE‼️ MANAGEMENT NEEDS TO WATCH CAMERAS ASAP…. NEVER WILL I EVER SPEND MY MONEY I WORK HARD FOR AT THIS LOCATION EVER AGAIN.. WILL BE CALLING TOMORROW MORNING! I DONT WANT MY FOOD REMADE I WANT A FULL REFUND‼️‼️

Absolute worst fast food establishment I have ever visited by far. Went through the drive through and was given half of my order and told to pull around to the front to wait on boberry biscuits & a sandwich combo. I waited for 30 minutes before deciding to go inside to check on the status of the rest of my food. I was told “you will get your food when you get it”. I waited an additional 10 minutes and received the biscuits pictured below & only a sandwich with my “combo” I didn’t even bother asking for the fries. None of the workers were wearing gloves and 2 workers were coughing in the kitchen while handling food. I highly recommend visiting another bojangles location instead of this one. It should never take 40 minutes to receive an order at a fast food restaurant. There was also 4-5 other people who was having the same issues as me. Ridiculous.
Edited to add: there was no shortage of workers, I saw 7 employees. No one seemed to be leading the crew, but there was definitely a full crew.
