Ordered online for curbside pickup. Received the confirmation and waited long enough that I went in. People were behind the counter talking about something random and when I got my order I asked if curbside was supposed to be taken out why it wasn’t. Lady said I don’t know Im stocking. Another person was right next to her also stocking. Boberry biscuits were hard to cut with a knife

I had a terrible experience at this Bojangles location. The drive-thru order was taken by an automated “robot” system, and it was awful. Please bring humans back! When I pulled up to the window, I waited an unusually long time for someone to appear. After paying, I waited again, assuming the food was being made fresh because of the delay.
Unfortunately, when I got home, I found the ranch wasn’t Bojangles ranch, the chicken tenders were not fresh and didn’t taste like Bojangles tenders, and the only decent thing was the fries. The atmosphere of this location feels outdated and unclean, and the overall presentation from staff did not inspire confidence in the food or service.
Gross.. I will not be returning to this location!!

I have been a die-hard Bojangles fan ever since I was a kid.
Today I went to buy a 3 wing DINNER and once I got home and opened the box saw how TINY the wings are. They are the same size as the side!
These wings used to fill the entire box, it would be stuffed after adding the sides.
Look at all of this room in the box; more like a 3 wing SNACK!!
You need to do better or I’m definitely not going to be spending my money here anymore.

Today I ordered on line 6 breast 6 wings and I received 3 x 4 breast, wing, leg, thigh; also it was spicy chicken and the order doesn’t read that way; what really upset me was as I opened all the sides, I found a sharp piece of plastic unknown origin on top of the macaroni/cheese; if swallowed it would have blocked, cut or got stuck going down; I lost my appetite to finish any more sides,besides scared something else might be in my food; I drove from CB to Murrayville so I’m not bringing it back; I don’t want anything from Bojangles, other than voicing my displeasure on a $40 purchase and careless staff serving packing food; you could not miss this error, it was right on top, that said, anyone else got served plastic in their food, maybe hospital visit! I rarely give bad review, but I can’t overlook the mistakes.

I wanted to try this because I had only eaten at a Bojangles once years ago and I have heard it is better than all of the other fast food restaurants we go to. It was true. The chicken is far superior to all of the others except it was about the same as chic-fil-a. I would definitely go to Bojangles again!

Some reported my post: I had an extremely uncomfortable experience at this Bojangles due to an employee name tag said Austin. As a straight man, I did not expect to be subjected to inappropriate and unwanted sexual remarks. The comments were unprofessional, crossed clear boundaries, and made the environment feel uncomfortable and disrespectful.
This wasn’t friendly banter—it was inappropriate behavior that continued even when it was clearly not welcomed. No customer should feel harassed while simply trying to order food.
I hope management takes this seriously and ensures employees understand basic professionalism and respect. Because of this experience, I won’t be returning to this location.

OKAY WOW SERIOUSLY the worst fast food experience ever!
We were asked to pull to the side and wait for our food and we waiting over 15 minutes while waiting 3 high school boys walk past to the window and the two high school aged girls working the window asked if they wanted free food & then asked their preference white meat or dark meet and what drinks. MEANWHILE we were waiting in our car for two supreme meals and another car waiting next to us for their one

I was just at the restaurant with my family a group of 20 , We ordered 2 20 piece tailgates & they gave us less than 40 pieces of chicken , they forgot our fries i had to go back and get them , I had 2 4 piece supreme dinners and they gave me 5 fries in my boxes i had to ask for more , As i went to go get some ketchup i saw 2 of the employees in the back kissing in the kitchen, they said we we’re going to get fresh meat and they gave us cold meat with no flavor, They had all the food that was supposed to be hot in the containers were all in containers and we asked why they said “we put all the food away early” it was 8:00pm they close at 11 , JUST IMAGINE ! . We were hungry so we ate the food anyways , another thing as we were all leaving we went to the bathroom all the girls I saw a cockroach and toilet with blood the bathroom trash were full and disgusting with blood . the boys bathroom were also disgusting ! the staff that was taking my order was very slow didn’t know what she was doing . i will never and do not recommend anybody going here !!!
