This place is both hostile and unprofessional on so many levels. The employees bicker with the manager and each other. I don’t normally write a review of a fast food establishment, but this place needs to be written about. Do the drive thru because the food is Bojangles food. Do not expect to be treated civilly if you dare venture inside.

The BEST bojangles fries I have had in a LONG time. Fresh. Hot. Crispy. And actually gave me a baggy of extra seasoning!!! The nicest man greeted me at the window. All the other Wilmington bojangles are just not good. Please don’t let me down

Great experience, friendly staff, delicious food! Annie who took my order was so lovely and my friends and I had a great time in the Bojangles tonight! The chicken also hit the spot.

There was only one customer inside when we went in, which I suppose should’ve been a bad omen on a Sunday morning, but instead we were excited and thought maybe it’d be quick. Instead, we stood for 10 minutes at the counter before anyone even took our order, another 15 waiting there with no one else in line, and on top of all that I didn’t realize until we got home that none of our 3 supreme combos had biscuits inside. Tried to call and see if there was anything to be done, but of course no one answered the multiple phone calls, and we never got a receipt either to go back and discuss. So we’ll be driving further to a different bojangles going forward. Good lord

Worst Bojangles you will ever go to, by far. This location has let me down EVERY TIME i’ve ever went. Always slow and rude. Order your food at their automated drive-up, wait in line for 5-10 min, get to the window and they tell you that they dont have the food you ordered. How do you not have bo rounds or egg at 730 am? Thats your job. Couldnt have told me that when I ordered huh? Out of all the fast-food industry, Bojangles ranks #1 with bad service. It seems most Bojangles hire people that just dont care.

This has to be the worst bojangles I’ve ever been to I don’t know what their malfunction is must be just a bunch of dummies that work there, they can’t even get an order right that they make every single day this place needs to go out of business and fire everyone in there. This place is an absolute joke!

Came in to grab. Little bit to eat. Store looked a mess. The cashier looked dazed. Nothing stocked and looked dirty. Only 3 people working and two kept arguing and really gave an off putting feel. Next time I think McDonald’s may be the better option

Long time before I could put in an order. Before I could start, I was told no bone in chicken. Got the chicken sandwich, there was no tea and out of Mountain Dew so I got Cheerwine. When I got to the window, the gentleman told me there were no pickles for the sandwich. I waited a long time so I was still going to get it. They weren’t done with my sandwich and they kept me waiting for a long time. One of the female workers slammed the window on me because of my change. Wait, wait, wait…get my food not my drink. Same gentleman asked me with an attitude what was I missing and I said my drink. My sandwich was alright minus the pickles, my fries needed more seasoning and a longer cook, soda was fine. I could have hated it but I didn’t. I doubt I would could come here again.

Out of principle I cannot support or recommend an establishment wherein the owner elects to charge extra money for dipping sauce for its associated meal. When ordering the five (5) tender meal; I cannot see how any human would have adequate sauce by receiving only one (1) dipping sauce packet. This isn’t a matter of the cost, but the stupidity of the notion of charging extra for a second packet.
I’ll go to Hardee’s, McDonald’s, or KFC…or the new Chick-fil-a that will open a block away.
