We had a mobile order. And it was wonderfully fast the people at both windows. The young ladies at both windows were sweet and kind and we got our food and we were out of there. Thank you, Bojangles. I hope it gets better in there and keep up the good work.

Waited 45 minutes in line and that was just to get to the window, there was a lady outside by the back door smoking a cigarette on the phone with what I assume was their big boss, talking about how they needed to take the girl off the line taking orders because she’s messing everything up. The fries had absolutely no salt or seasoning on it the past two times I’ve been and the tea tasted old. I was so excited for this to be in town. Won’t be going back

Service at drive through is AI and slow as hell. It took 15 minutes to get to the menu. The screen wasn’t showing the whole menu and the ai told me to wait when i said i couldnt see it.. I waited almost 5 minutes before I drove off.

One lane appears to be automated while the other is handied by an employee. Not sure why it’s like this as we had to wait while 4 cars were ha died by the automated system.

Very happy to be one of the first clients on the opening day,the food was delicious and very tasty the chicken crispy and enjoyable, although it’s a new place I’m very happy there’s a bojangles in this town, and accesible for the Highway I-95 tysm for adding this new place.
