The lengthy line around the building for the drive through can be a deterrent, but the service is very quick and the wait time is minimal. The food is always hot and fresh. It is a well run operation and prices for a meal are the best in town.

Today, this morning, I I ordered a cheddar-bo combo with bo-tote, they don’t give me the order as it is. I’m down to verify that my order with tote not with fries! “The Manager” I explain to her what happens and she repeats the same thing to which I tell her that they didn’t give me what I bought to which she along with her two other employees MADE FUN OF MY ENGLISH LANGUAGE! I apologize for my pronunciation and the other employee who speaks Spanish tells me after laughing that if I want the tote and I tell her that if then the manager begins to MAKE FUN OF AS I SAID TOTE. I ask her if she is the manager pointing to the manager and she tells me if she is the boss. What is my comment… easy to have empathy with people and customers and employees. That if you don’t know how difficult it is to order and that the pronunciation is difficult, believe me that YOU AS MANAGER should not mock. I GO SHOPPING HERE EVERY DAY. I hope this misunderstanding doesn’t happen to me again because believe me I wouldn’t have to go inside the store and make fun of you if you had given me the order as it is!! Simply stopped by to get something fast on the way, seeing as to how we were on a 18h trip. The food was good, But I will never agree to stop at the location off 95 in Dunn. The girl at the window looked at us with hatred for no reason, did not say one word to us. She just look at what I would assume was her phone (I was in the passenger seat.) She didn’t even answer my brother when he asked her a question. It saddened us that a restaurant that we hold in such high regard was like this.

My last 5 visit to Bojangles the biscuits always fall apart and so greasy. Soaks right thru the napkins. I literally ask for biscuits with no additional liquid butter(?) after they come out oven. And wait only to still get this soggy biscuit. I give up. Customer service was excellent.

I don’t think I’ll go there in the evening hours anymore. It’s the 3rd time I’ve been there at night, but the service and food is better during the morning/midday hours. I paid $8.49 for a leg and wing so small I wasn’t sure it was chicken at first. The fries was hard. I live to far to go back but I was upset.

Food is decent/good. However, I ordered wings and got supremes. I also ordered a bottle of water and was upcharged for it, but received no bottle of water. Pay attention and quality control at the pick-up window. Otherwise, decent.

This place usually gets decent ratings. Not sure what happened at the time of my visit. There were 4 people in front of me and it took about 20 minutes to get my order after having paid. When I got to the pick up counter, they had the order ready for the person behind me. Finally got my food and it wasn’t made to-go as requested.
The food serving station was disorganized and did not look sanitary (see photo).
Overall, the food was ok. But clearly something in the kitchen organization and process is off.

Something about Bo’s always makes me stop by one. I wish they had more up north. Their Cajun filet biscuit hits different. Perfect amount of seasoning and never dry. Bo tots always hit the spot. So much better than their other potato products imo. My only issue is they don’t make Bo sauce anymore. I hope they make more again.
