As far as the food is concerned, this location is up to Bojangles standards.
The staff is super friendly and helpful. The service is a little slow.
The restaurant is very clean, almost looks brand new!

We’ve tried so many times for this place to just “get it right”, but they never quite hit the mark. Being in a small town, and it being a favorite fast food place for my kids, we’ve tried more times than we should. This time it was a 4 minute wait for BoBerry biscuits that turned into 15 (long enough for our dinner to get cold). And then they were burnt. Many times we’re missing items we order and to go back doesn’t seem worth it in the end. We have had a couple of experiences where (if we order and eat inside) they were able to get our order to us exactly as requested. But overall, seems to be lots of careless mistakes and sub-par food.

Huge shoutout to Manager Miriam at Bojangles! I had an issue with a previous order, and she went above and beyond to make it right. She was professional, kind, and apologized for the mix-up. My food was fresh and her service was even better. This is how customer service should be done!

Seriously wanted to like this place, but every time I go there there is an issue. I emailed corporate a few times over the last 3yrs and never got a response. It is always the same issue, out of items. And I don’t mean out out, but not cooked and you get the , “can you pull up”. I mean it is breakfast time, how do you not have breakfast items ready? Well today was the worse with Can you pull up and when we finally get our BoRounds(15min later) half were raw in the middle. So I guess it is just time to accept that this place is not ever going to get better and I should just drive a little further to the Tramway store that I have never had an issue with.

Had to go to Charlotte this morning, so I took the gamble… Welp, it still sucks. 09:18 in the morning and, “Can ya pull up, its gonna be 5min on those rounds”…. Took fries instead, but the Sausage Egg and cheese biscuits had sausage that was drier and tougher than my sandals.

Had to go to Charlotte this morning and thought, “Why not, they have to be good at least once”. I was only 1/2 wrong. The food was pretty decent today, the customer service…. Yeah, pulled up, ordered and pulled up to the second window, the only window that has ever been open at this and got growled at by the old lady manning it, “I told you the first window, go back there”… OK, I back up and the kid that was making my order walks back there, TURNS ON THE MACHINE AND UNLOCKS THE WINDOW. I pay and pull back up get handed my sack of breakfast and get handed a regular Diet Dew, I say to the glowering princess at the window, “Ma’am I ordered a large”…. That lady rolled her eyes, shrugged, turned her palms up and walked away… I guess we will see my next Charlotte trip if corporate will ever put pressure on the franchisee to get his house in order? I wont be holding my breath….

Man, so close. I went to the window and had a pleasant experience with the staff, got my meal quick, had a couple bo rounds on the drive home and was fully expecting to come in the house and update this eating some crow…. Then I open my biscuits and have sausage biscuits not the sausage, egg, and cheese I ordered(AND PAID FOR!). Looked at the receipt to see if I got what I paid for…. Nope… So close, to meeting the most basic standard, but another fail.

Well my masochistic side came out today and I went to Bojangles to see if they have improved any. In a honest take they have some. I like the AI ordering, but sadly there is still people in the chain so their is still failure. The kid at the window was curt and who ever made my lunch while I applaud got it right, They did forget a straw and spork in the bag of Bird dogs, or my chicken box. I think it is safe to say this is my last trip to this location. Think a 2 ⭐️rating is more than accurate for this location.

I have 2 stars for the food because the fries were ok, the tenders were small and barely warm; still good though. They had about 50 tenders sitting out on the line.
I asked for extra fries (before I found out they were ok), she (hair shaved on the sides and ponytail) pretended to add more as she and drive through female laughed about it (I leaned in an watched). Look at the camera you’ll see.
The tea was perfect, the biscuit was great! I had to turn around after leaving because I didn’t get my strawberry jelly that I requested.
The customer service in the beginning until the end (other than lying about adding more fries) was phenomenal! The absolutely BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE at a Bojangles that I have EVER been to!!
I live in CHARLOTTE and NO MATTER the Bojangles, it’s ghetto, nasty, no one wants to work, they talk or horse play and the food is horrible. I stopped going to ANY of the Bojangles in Charlotte.
Anyway, had she not lied about giving me more fries, I would have given a 5+
The floor (front and back) was clean, tables clean, condiment area was cleaned, windows cleaned!!

The crew was fast and moved the line quickly! The cashier was extremely pleasant, welcoming and energetic!
If I ever pass through the city again, I’ll definitely revisit; Hopefully, I’ll have a better experience when my fries!!

Gave me a medium drink by mistake, watched them pour the medium drink into a large cup and add an obscure amount of ice to make it look full, and got a half full container of fried that looked like they were scraped out of the bottom of the fryer, took about 15 minutes through the drive through

Stopped in and ordered a chicken and rice bowl with grilled chicken. This is the $8 grilled chicken and rice bowl. According to their website, its supposed to be a generous portion. This is not a generous portion of anything. Chicken looks dry. Hardly any Cajun pintos. This is what happens a company from the south sells out to a northern company.

I stopped by Bojangles in Carthage, NC late Saturday night and Lawrence offered phenomenal customer service. Although he had been working all day, he greeted me with a smile and allowed me to change my food because I no longer wanted what I had ordered. He suggested the supremes and said they were fresh. I was grateful I stopped because I live in Aberdeen, but I enjoy this Bojangles. Keep providing awesome customer service!

The quality of the food was so poor. Everything had been sitting out for a while u could tell. My mashed potatoes were crusting from where they hadn’t been stirred up and my fries were cold. Ordered a grilled filet add egg and small fry. The fries were barely half of a portion and the egg serving is supposed to be 2 ounces but has to be less than .5 of an ounce. It doesn’t even cover the chicken. The bun is half toasted and when you ask for condiments it is like you are asking for gold. Literally just asking for hot sauce and mayonnaise. AI takes your orderas well…
