I use the drive thru in the mornings for my wife. She lives the bo berry biscuits. I almost always have to pull up and wait 5 minutes for them to bring it out. Quality is great. Service is lacking.

When I come here, it’s usually a hit or Miss & today was a miss. From the communication and service of the staff to the food. At the speaker, I told the front line worker what I wanted then went to the window and had to repeat again. He was confused so the manager helped him but I’m unimpressed by the listening skills of the worker as there was no one else in the line but myself. When it came to the food, the fries were okay, but the tenders were soggy in the middle. They are usually very crispy. Idk if they got a new chef but I couldn’t eat the tenders, I fed them to my dog. I called and requested for a refund once I made it home but apparently you can’t get a refund unless you return to the store which is about 15 mins from me and we all know gas is too high. Anyways, like I said, usually a normal fast food experience but today was not giving.

Every time I go to this Bojangles my food gets messed up. So I thought me going in would be better but I guess not. This time they did not put a top bun on my number 10 chicken sandwich. This Bojangles is getting ridiculous. My kids love Bojangles but I’m not going back again. The bad thing is every time we go we spin A minimum of $50 every time.

To begin this review off, if I could give this Bojangles zero stars I 100% would. I had ordered from this store on Doordash today, my meal was a 5 piece surpreme combo Bo-Size with fries and a Pepsi. When I received my food, the box was bend and broken, the quality of the food was poor with both the supremes and the fries being cold, the supremes themselves were very small and could barely even count as a decent size for a chicken tender, but just to top it all off I was given the wrong drink. So now I gotta drink a large Cheerwine a soda I don’t even like nor enjoy. I will never order from this store again and if I experience this same service at other Bojangles I will no longer support Bojangles as a whole. Please do better!

The restaurant was very clean. All of the staff were friendly and greeted us. Even the lady sweeping the floor. Our order was correct and the food was good and hot. I’m not sure there is much more you can ask from a fast food restaurant. Will definitely be recommending this Bojangles’ location over the one in Matthews.
