My daughter and I were hungry after leaving a meeting and decided to stop by a nearby Bojangles. We decided to go inside even though It was a little busy ,but we had no problems with waiting. From the start, the customer service was friendly. Our cashier, Desiree was very nice and greeted us with asking our orders. One of the items purchased was the 8 pc Chicken Meal. At the time, I didn’t realize I was overcharged. Instead of paying the advertised promotional price of $19.99, I paid $28.99 for the meal. I did ask the cashier about it but she wasn’t sure how to proceed with correcting the error. I told her I understand and that I would reach out to customer support for further assistance. Let me tell you, that the food was so freshly prepared and Desiree, made sure I had all the condiments such as the jelly, etc..and she even included the plates. Even if it wasn’t a promo going on, it definitely was worth the price especially feeding a family of 4.
Moving forward, I did reach out to customer support by email and they responded back with a very quick response which was a phone call made to me by their Area Manager named Tamileo Wakefield, who made it right. Mr. Wakefield and Bojangles have gone over and beyond with the customer satisfaction of granting me with my refund of a gift card that I wasn’t expecting that covered beyond the promotion price.
I just wanted to share the praise with everyone including Bojangles, specifically Mr. Tamileo Wakefield , with sharing the compliment that you are the GOAT ( ” Greatest of All Time”). Thank you for providing such great customer service to your customers. Together you all make a difference and a great team.

My experience at this Bojangles was extremely disappointing. I ordered the steak biscuit combo and asked for it to be made fresh. The first biscuit I received looked old, brown, and like it had been sitting out for a while. The biscuit itself was broken and crumbling. I asked for another one to be made fresh, and a lady in a red shirt (she appeared Spanish) prepared the second biscuit.
When I received the second one, it still wasn’t right, so I asked the gentleman again for a fresh steak biscuit. I told him I didn’t mind waiting the five minutes. After waiting, the third biscuit I received was hot, but it still had the same brown spots on the patty—clearly showing it was an old patty that had just been dropped back into the fryer. It was still off in the middle, which confirmed it had been sitting around.
On top of that, while I was eating, the manager who came in for night shift kept staring at me in a way that made me uncomfortable. The biscuit still wasn’t made correctly even after three tries, and the entire staff showed no concern for the situation. Their faces and energy made it clear they did not care.
I’ve worked at Bojangles for two years, so I know the procedures and standards for making food—especially the steak biscuits. Even with updates, that process hasn’t changed. What I received was not made properly at all.
Unfortunately, based on this visit, I would not recommend this Bojangles.
