Walked over from my office for a breakfast biscuit. Customer service was great ! Cashier was pleasant and helpful.

Went during a tournament at the conference center. Everything was fine, but the biscuits tasted kind-of old. It was super busy, so they were probably just trying to bake as many biscuits at the time to keep up with demand.

Two weeks ago I would have given 5 stars but the last two times I ordered from here my order was incomplete and them fixing it properly wasn’t an option. The first mess up came when I ordered lunch for me and two co-workers. I left my Delish card and asked the cashier to register my points using my number. Once finished paying for my order which totaled $26 I gave my number to add my points and noticed she did not put them in but continued helping the next customer. When I informed her again of my points instead of adding them to my meal she added them to her next customers meal who only paid $6 so I essentially lost points. I went in again to at 07:40am to order my usual breakfast for me and another coworker and yet again there’s an issue. We ordered the Cajun Filet biscuit combos add extra crispy bacon, egg and cheese to both upsizing the meal to large. Not only is there no cheese on either sandwich the bacon is far from extra crispy. They don’t answer calls and have attitudes when you let them know they messed up something you paid for. They need to get it together.

The line is long especially if you don’t plan well but when I get to the convention center there is no better breakfast or lunch better than a chicken biscuit sandwich, some bo rounds and a Cheerwine. The staff does the best they can and working for people from out of town and little patience is hard so be chill and get your good good Bojangles lunch.

My family and I visited this location when we were at heroes con. The line was really long and when we got our food it was incorrect making our wait for our food longer and to top it off I had to wait in line for 20 more mins just for sauce. The people working here do not acknowledge your existence unless you are at the cash register ordering. Really really made my visit to comicon less enjoyable.

Totally unprepared to serve a large group of people, which was surprising for me because they are located in a convention center. Some of the staff had bad attitudes that did not help with the overwhelming situation.

This place is not good. Service is slow, workers obviously hate their jobs, and you’re lucky to get a fresh biscuit. My advice…walk the few blocks to the Bojangles up the street.

Love Bojangles. This location is a bit off the beaten path and a lot of people don’t even know it exists. The people that work here are friendly. I eat here a lot and have never had an order messed up.
